【摘要】：目的:觀察硫酸軟骨素聯(lián)合鹽酸氨基葡萄糖治療活動(dòng)性膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)。方法:將117例活動(dòng)期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者隨機(jī)分為治療組、對(duì)照1組、對(duì)照2組,每組39例。3組均使用非甾體抗炎藥并進(jìn)行健康教育,對(duì)照1組加用硫酸軟骨素,對(duì)照2組加用鹽酸氨基葡萄糖,治療組加用硫酸軟骨素聯(lián)合鹽酸氨基葡萄糖,治療3個(gè)月。觀察各組患者關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、壓痛、腫脹、功能障礙指數(shù)和生活質(zhì)量改變情況,以及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:治療后,治療組與對(duì)照1組、對(duì)照2組比較,膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、壓痛、腫脹明顯減輕,功能障礙明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);患者生理功能、生理職能、軀體疼痛、總體健康、活力、社會(huì)功能、情感職能和精神健康8個(gè)維度評(píng)分及綜合評(píng)分均有明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。3組不良反應(yīng)比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:硫酸軟骨素聯(lián)合鹽酸氨基葡萄糖治療活動(dòng)性膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎,能降低病情活動(dòng)指標(biāo),提高患者生活質(zhì)量,有較好的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of chondroitin sulfate combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of active knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 117 patients with active knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group, control group 1, control group 2, each group 39 cases of anti-inflammatory drugs and health education, control group 1 plus chondroitin sulfate. The control group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride and the treatment group with chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride for 3 months. The changes of joint pain, tenderness, swelling, dysfunction index and quality of life, as well as adverse reactions were observed. Results: after treatment, the pain, tenderness and swelling of knee joint in the treatment group and the control group were significantly alleviated, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The scores of overall health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health were significantly improved. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions (P 0.05). Conclusion: chondroitin sulfate combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of active knee osteoarthritis can reduce the disease activity index and improve the quality of life of patients.
