【摘要】：目的研究影響整形美容手術(shù)效果的因素,制定相關(guān)預(yù)防措施。方法選擇本院燒傷整形外科80例進行整形美容手術(shù)患者進行分析,并根據(jù)患者的具體情況行隆鼻術(shù)、隆胸術(shù)、重瞼成形術(shù)、唇裂修復(fù)等整形手術(shù),手術(shù)后患者填寫滿意度調(diào)查表,結(jié)合所有資料進行分析。結(jié)果 80例進行整形美容手術(shù)的患者中,28例對手術(shù)效果不滿意,不滿意率為35%。這其中,對手術(shù)期望過高者16例,占57.1%,隆鼻患者為4例,除皺患者2例,酒窩再造1例,眼袋整形2例,脂肪抽取2例,瞼袋松弛整復(fù)1例例,,隆隆乳乳患患者者4例;手術(shù)設(shè)計存在一定偏差或手術(shù)適應(yīng)癥掌握不當(dāng)者5例,占17.9%,重瞼成形患者為3例,隆鼻患者2例,行二次手術(shù)后效果理想;術(shù)后護理不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致感染等4例,隆鼻2例,隆乳2例占14.3%,;術(shù)后假體材料不合格者3例,占10.%,隆鼻2例,隆乳1例,以上患者均經(jīng)治療后痊愈。結(jié)論影響整形美容手術(shù)效果的因素主要為手術(shù)期望過高、手術(shù)設(shè)計偏差、護理欠缺和整形材料不合適等客觀原因,應(yīng)不斷提高醫(yī)師及護師的專業(yè)技能,做好術(shù)前術(shù)后患者的心理輔導(dǎo),正確引導(dǎo)術(shù)后恢復(fù),嚴(yán)格設(shè)計整形材料合適度,才能避免和減少醫(yī)療糾紛。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the factors influencing the effect of plastic surgery and to make relevant preventive measures. Methods Eighty patients with burn and plastic surgery in our hospital were analyzed and treated with augmentation rhinoplasty, chest augmentation, double eyelid plasty and cleft lip repair according to the specific conditions of the patients. After the operation, the patients completed the satisfaction questionnaire and analyzed all the data. Results among 80 patients undergoing plastic surgery, 28 cases were not satisfied with the result of operation, and the unsatisfactory rate was 35%. There were 16 cases (57.1%) with high expectation of operation, 4 cases with nose augmentation, 2 cases with wrinkle removal, 1 case with dimple reconstruction, 2 cases with pouch plastic surgery, 2 cases with fat extraction, 1 case with blepharoplasty, 1 case with blepharoplasty, 4 cases with breast implants. There were 5 cases (17.9%) with some deviation in operation design or improper operation indication, 3 cases with double eyelid plasty and 2 cases with nasal augmentation, the effect was satisfactory after secondary operation, 4 cases were infected by improper postoperative nursing, 2 cases were nose augmentation. Breast augmentation in 2 cases accounted for 14.3%, postoperative prosthesis material was not qualified in 3 cases (10.10%), nasal augmentation in 2 cases, breast augmentation in 1 case, all the patients were cured after treatment. Conclusion the main factors affecting the effect of plastic surgery are high surgical expectation, deviation in operation design, lack of nursing care and inappropriate plastic materials, etc. The professional skills of doctors and nurses should be continuously improved. In order to avoid and reduce medical disputes, psychological counseling of patients before and after operation, correct guidance of postoperative recovery and proper design of plastic materials can be avoided and reduced.
