【摘要】：目的：系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)關(guān)節(jié)鏡下肩峰下減壓術(shù)與開(kāi)放性手術(shù)治療肩峰下撞擊綜合征的療效。方法：計(jì)算機(jī)檢索國(guó)內(nèi)外各數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)自建庫(kù)以來(lái)關(guān)于關(guān)節(jié)鏡下肩峰下減壓術(shù)與開(kāi)放性手術(shù)治療肩峰下撞擊綜合征的對(duì)照試驗(yàn)。不限語(yǔ)種,無(wú)論是否為RCTs或是否使用盲法。采用RevMan 5.0軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果：最終納入10個(gè)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),其中隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)4篇,非隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)6篇,共583例肩峰下撞擊綜合征患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示在住院天數(shù)及恢復(fù)工作時(shí)間方面,關(guān)節(jié)鏡組均少于開(kāi)放手術(shù)組；而在術(shù)后肩功能評(píng)分、手術(shù)時(shí)間、患者滿意度、術(shù)后加利福尼亞大學(xué)洛杉磯評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(UCLAs)優(yōu)良率方面,兩組差異無(wú)顯著性意義。結(jié)論：由于納入的研究在數(shù)量和質(zhì)量上有一定的限制和不足,尚需開(kāi)展更多大樣本、多中心、高質(zhì)量的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)加以驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically evaluate the efficacy of arthroscopic sub acromial decompression and open operation for the treatment of sub acromial impingement syndrome. Methods: a comparative trial of the various databases at home and abroad on arthroscopic sub acromial decompression and open operation for the treatment of sub acromial impingement syndrome has been evaluated by computer. Ts or whether a blind method was used. Meta analysis was performed with RevMan 5 software. Results: 10 controlled trials were finally included, including 4 randomized controlled trials and 6 non randomized controlled trials. A total of 583 patients with sub acromion syndrome with.Meta analysis showed that the number of days of hospitalization and the recovery time were less than those in the open operation group. The two groups had no significant difference in postoperative shoulder function score, operation time, patient satisfaction, and the Losangeles Losangeles scoring standard (UCLAs). Conclusion: more large samples, multicentre and high quality were needed because of the limitations and deficiencies in the quantity and quality of the included studies. The control test was used to verify it.
