【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)程不斷加快,人口老齡化矛盾越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致老年人發(fā)生髖部骨折(Hip fracture,HF)的幾率也呈現(xiàn)不斷上升的趨勢(shì),并且患者術(shù)后認(rèn)知障礙(Postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)的發(fā)生率也越來(lái)越高。POCD主要指的是患者在術(shù)前并沒有產(chǎn)生明顯的精神障礙,但是術(shù)后卻在記憶、感知、意識(shí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)、行為、定向等方面出現(xiàn)功能障礙。該障礙主要在術(shù)后2周~2月內(nèi)出現(xiàn),并且表現(xiàn)形式包括視覺記憶、語(yǔ)言記憶、注意力、語(yǔ)言理解、視覺空間抽象和集中力等能力的減退,會(huì)對(duì)患者的生活質(zhì)量甚至生命構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重威脅。為此,本文就近年來(lái)關(guān)于老年髖部骨折術(shù)后認(rèn)知障礙的相關(guān)進(jìn)展作如下闡述,以期為相關(guān)人員提供部分參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the social process accelerates and the contradiction between the aging population becomes more and more serious, the probability of hip fracture in the elderly is also on the rise. And the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunctional POCDs in patients with postoperative cognitive impairment is also increasing. POCD mainly refers to the fact that patients do not have significant mental disorders before operation, but after surgery, they are experiencing memory, perception, consciousness, movement, behavior. Orientation and other aspects of dysfunction. The disorder mainly occurred within 2 weeks to 2 months postoperatively, and its manifestations included visual memory, language memory, attention, language understanding, visual spatial abstraction and concentration. It will pose a serious threat to patients' quality of life and even their lives. In order to provide some references for the related personnel, this article describes the related progress of cognitive impairment after hip fracture in the elderly in recent years.
