腹腔鏡模擬手術(shù)三維糾偏系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:目的基于腹腔鏡模擬手術(shù)訓(xùn)練缺乏有效的訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)的問題,本文采用雙目視覺系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了一種腹腔鏡模擬手術(shù)三維糾偏系統(tǒng),以達到將原設(shè)定切割路徑呈現(xiàn)在程序界面,同時實時顯示手術(shù)刀尖端切割路徑,并實現(xiàn)糾正切割路徑。方法在Visual Studio 2010軟件平臺上對Micron Tracker進行二次開發(fā),調(diào)用Micron Tracker函數(shù)庫進行Marker點的識別,采用拉格朗日擬合算法擬合出原定路徑,通過逐一調(diào)用器械尖端坐標(biāo)畫出器械尖端走過的軌跡。結(jié)果使用糾偏系統(tǒng)的A組志愿者和不使用糾偏系統(tǒng)的B組志愿者之間的偏移量比較得出:A組的25次實驗整體X軸和Y軸正負(fù)平均偏移量均小于B組的偏移量;A、B兩組第1次和第5次實驗相比,正負(fù)平均偏移量均顯著減少(P0.05),且隨著受試者操作次數(shù)的增加偏移量呈減小的趨勢;對A、B兩組的正負(fù)偏移量進行方差分析,可得因素(糾偏系統(tǒng))對實驗指標(biāo)(偏移量)有顯著影響(FF-crit)。結(jié)論本研究設(shè)計的糾偏系統(tǒng)能有效減少培訓(xùn)者在培訓(xùn)過程中的偏移量及培訓(xùn)時間,提高培訓(xùn)效率。
[Abstract]:Objective based on the lack of effective training system for laparoscopic simulated surgery, this paper designs a three-dimensional correction system for laparoscopic simulated surgery by using binocular vision system, so that the original set cutting path can be presented in the program interface.At the same time, the cutting path of scalpel tip is displayed in real time, and the cutting path is corrected.Methods the second development of Micron Tracker was carried out on the Visual Studio 2010 software platform, and the Marker points were identified by calling the Micron Tracker function library, and the original path was fitted by Lagrange fitting algorithm.The trace of the tip of the instrument is drawn by calling the coordinate of the tip of the instrument one by one.Results the deviation between group A volunteers using rectifying system and group B volunteers without correction system was compared. It was concluded that the average offset of positive and negative X-axis and Y-axis in 25 experiments in group A was smaller than that in group B.Group 1 and experiment 5,The average positive and negative offsets decreased significantly, and tended to decrease with the increase of the number of operations. The ANOVA was used to analyze the positive and negative offsets of the two groups, and the positive and negative deviations of the two groups were analyzed by ANOVA, and the positive and negative deviations of the two groups were analyzed.The available factors (bias correction system) have a significant effect on the experimental index (deviation).Conclusion the designed bias correction system can effectively reduce the deviation and training time and improve the training efficiency.
