【摘要】：乳腺癌是女性生殖系統(tǒng)第二大惡性腫瘤。隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)影像技術(shù)的發(fā)展,常規(guī)超聲、乳腺X線攝影是乳腺體檢和腫瘤篩查的主要檢查手段,CT、MRI、核醫(yī)學(xué)檢查是輔助手段,此外,對缺乏影像特征的病灶可行CEUS及穿刺活檢。本文對各種影像學(xué)檢查方法對乳腺病灶的診斷價值及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Breast cancer is the second largest malignant tumor in the female reproductive system.With the development of modern medical imaging technology, conventional ultrasound and mammography are the main examination means of mammary gland physical examination and tumor screening, and nuclear medicine is the auxiliary means. In addition, CEUS and biopsy are feasible for lesions lacking of imaging features.This article reviews the diagnostic value and present situation of various imaging methods for breast lesions.
