【摘要】：正患者男,53歲。胸悶不適3年伴呼吸困難1年入院。心臟超聲示(圖1):右側(cè)房室溝處見(jiàn)一中低回聲腫塊,形態(tài)尚規(guī)則,腫物與室壁分界不清,大小約3.8cm×4.2cm×2.3cm,心包腔內(nèi)并可見(jiàn)無(wú)回聲區(qū),左室后壁后方約1.8cm,心尖部約2.3cm。CDFI(圖2):二、三尖瓣口可見(jiàn)少量藍(lán)色反流信號(hào)。超聲提示:(1)右房室溝處心臟占位,惡性腫瘤?(2)二、三尖瓣少量反流。(3)心包積液。入院查體:生命體征平穩(wěn),心前區(qū)觸及震顫和心包摩擦
[Abstract]:The patient is 53 years old.Chest tightness, 3 years with dyspnea, 1 year in hospital.Echocardiography (Fig. 1) showed a moderate and hypoechoic mass at the right atrioventricular sulcus, with a regular shape and unclear boundary between the mass and the ventricular wall. The size of the mass was about 3.8cm 脳 4.2cm 脳 2.3 cm, and there was no echo area in the pericardium, about 1.8 cm behind the posterior wall of the left ventricle, and about 2.3 cm. CDFI (Fig. 2: 2) in the apical region.A few blue regurgitation signals were seen at the tricuspid orifice.Ultrasound suggested that 1) the right atrioventricular sulcus occupied the heart, malignant tumor 2) 2, tricuspid regurgitation 3) pericardial effusion.Admission to the hospital: stable vital signs, precardiac area touch tremor and pericardial friction
