【摘要】：當今科學技術迅猛發(fā)展,醫(yī)療設備層出不窮,不斷更新,無疑對醫(yī)學的發(fā)展產生巨大的推動作用。隨著信息科學普及、互聯(lián)網時代的到來和生活工作節(jié)奏加快,越來越多的臨床醫(yī)務人員遠離臨床而偏重于影像學、檢驗結果,甚至推崇采用互聯(lián)網對患者作出診斷與治療。如此趨勢,易對患者產生誤診,影響療效,甚至導致醫(yī)療糾紛的發(fā)生�，F(xiàn)就"臨床"之涵義,結合神經外科學談談筆者之拙見。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, medical equipment is constantly updated, which undoubtedly plays an important role in promoting the development of medicine.With the popularization of information science, the advent of the Internet era and the quickening pace of life and work, more and more clinical medical personnel pay more and more attention to imaging, test results and even advocate the use of the Internet to diagnose and treat patients.Such a trend, easy to misdiagnose patients, affect the efficacy, and even lead to medical disputes.In this paper, the author's views on the meaning of "clinical" are discussed in combination with neurosurgery.
