踝關(guān)節(jié)持續(xù)被動運(yùn)動器對足畸形患者腱骨結(jié)合部的影響

【摘要】:為了研究踝關(guān)節(jié)持續(xù)被動運(yùn)動器對足畸形患者腱骨結(jié)合部的影響,本試驗(yàn)選取2016年1月~2016年8月期間收治的42例男性足畸形患者作為研究對象,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字法設(shè)置單一方案組和聯(lián)合方案組(各21例),單一方案組為微創(chuàng)牽張技術(shù)治療,聯(lián)合方案組為微創(chuàng)牽張技術(shù)治療后運(yùn)用踝關(guān)節(jié)持續(xù)被動運(yùn)動器后期干預(yù)治療,比較兩組患者腱骨結(jié)合部的延伸長度、組織動力功能及運(yùn)動功能的改善情況。結(jié)果顯示,聯(lián)合方案組患者治療后腱骨結(jié)合部的被動背伸位角度顯著小于單一方案組患者治療后(p0.05),聯(lián)合方案組患者治療后腱骨結(jié)合部的彈性模量、剛度模量和Hannover跟腱評分優(yōu)良率均顯著高于單一方案組患者治療后(p0.05)。研究結(jié)論表明,運(yùn)用踝關(guān)節(jié)持續(xù)被動運(yùn)動器對微創(chuàng)牽張術(shù)后的足畸形患者進(jìn)行干預(yù)治療,可顯著改善患者腱骨結(jié)合部的延伸長度、組織動力功能及運(yùn)動功能值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of ankle continuous passive motion apparatus on tendon and bone junction in patients with foot deformity, 42 male patients with foot deformity were selected from January 2016 to August 2016.According to the random number method, the single scheme group and the combined scheme group (21 cases each) were treated with minimally invasive distraction technique, and the combined group were treated with the ankle continuous passive motion apparatus after the treatment.The extension length, tissue dynamic function and motor function of tendon and bone joint were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the passive extension angle of tendon bone joint in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the single regimen group (P 0.05), and the elastic modulus of the tendon bone joint after treatment in the combined regimen group was significantly lower than that in the single regimen group.The excellent and good rate of stiffness modulus and Hannover Achilles tendon score were significantly higher than that of single regimen group (P 0.05).The results showed that the application of continuous passive ankle motion apparatus in the treatment of foot deformity after minimally invasive distraction could significantly improve the extension length of tendon and bone joint, tissue dynamic function and motor function.
