【摘要】：[目的]分享新型拉桿式即時(shí)皮膚擴(kuò)張器在皮膚缺損治療中的治療體會(huì)。[方法]回顧19例皮膚及軟組織缺損的患者,應(yīng)用新型拉桿式即時(shí)皮膚擴(kuò)張器進(jìn)行治療并閉合創(chuàng)面。[結(jié)果]所有患者在應(yīng)用新型拉桿式即時(shí)皮膚擴(kuò)張器后,創(chuàng)緣皮膚無(wú)壞死,呈線性愈合,瘢痕小。[結(jié)論]新型即時(shí)皮膚伸展器利用皮膚固有伸展特性、應(yīng)力性松弛特性、生物性蠕變、機(jī)械性蠕變等特點(diǎn),以簡(jiǎn)單的方式解決了因肢體無(wú)法直接縫合的難題,降低了植皮、皮瓣修復(fù)等修復(fù)手術(shù)相關(guān)的并發(fā)癥,值得在臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to share the experience in the treatment of skin defects with a new type of pull-rod instant skin expander. [methods] 19 cases of skin and soft tissue defects were reviewed. [results] all the patients had no necrosis and linear healing of the wound after the application of the new type of immediate skin dilator. [conclusion] A new type of immediate skin extender can solve the problem that the limbs can not be sutured directly by using the characteristics of inherent skin extension, stress relaxation, biological creep, mechanical creep and so on. It can reduce the complications of skin grafting, flap repair and so on, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
