【摘要】：目的:探討槐耳顆粒對(duì)乳腺癌術(shù)后化療患者外周血細(xì)胞免疫功能及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:將90例乳腺癌術(shù)后患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組。治療組行"FEC"(環(huán)磷酰胺0.6 g·m~(-2),d1;表柔比星100 mg·m~(-2),d1;氟尿嘧啶0.6 g·m~(-2),d1)方案化療,同時(shí)給予槐耳顆粒口服,20 g·次-1,3次·d~(-1),連續(xù)服用2個(gè)月;對(duì)照組單純行"FEC"方案化療。2周期后對(duì)患者生活質(zhì)量、臨床癥狀及免疫功能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:兩組患者治療前外周血NK細(xì)胞、CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+值差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;2周期后治療組各項(xiàng)免疫指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在改善中醫(yī)癥候群和提高生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分中,治療組明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:槐耳顆粒能提高乳腺癌術(shù)后化療患者的免疫功能,改善臨床癥狀,提高生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of Huaier Granule on chemotherapy in patients with peripheral blood cell immune function and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. Methods: 90 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received FEC (cyclophosphamide 0.6 g - m~ (-2), D1; epirubicin 100 star mg m~ (-2), D1 g m~ 0.6; fluorouracil (-2), D1) chemotherapy, while giving oral Huaier Granule 20 G times, -1,3 times, d~ (-1), taking 2 consecutive months; the quality of life of the patients in control group underwent FEC regimen in.2 cycle after the evaluation of clinical symptoms and immune function. Results: two groups of patients before treatment of peripheral blood NK cells, CD3~+, CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+ were no significant difference; after 2 cycles of treatment group the immune indexes were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The improvement of TCM syndrome and improve the quality of life the score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of The control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Huaier Granule on immune function in patients with chemotherapy of breast cancer after surgery, improve clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, and is worthy of further study.
