【摘要】：目的:比較LARS人工韌帶重建膝關(guān)節(jié)前交叉韌帶急性慢性損傷的臨床療效。方法:分析2006年3月-2008年11月收治符合標準的患者28例,根據(jù)受傷與治療的間隔分成急性期組(2-6周)和慢性期組(5-10月)。兩組患者的術(shù)前評估及術(shù)后評估均采用相同的評估標準,采用的評估方法包括Lysholm,Tegner,IKDC,KT-1000。結(jié)果:術(shù)后兩組患者查體包括Lachman試驗、前抽屜(Anterior drawer)試驗、軸移(Pivot shift)試驗,結(jié)果均為陰性。急性組的膝關(guān)節(jié)各項功能評分優(yōu)于慢性組,并且急性組的脛骨前移(KT-1000測定)明顯比慢性組輕,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。術(shù)后兩組的Lysholm評分、Tegner評分、IKDC評分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用LARS韌帶行膝關(guān)節(jié)前交叉韌帶斷裂重建,急性期比慢性期更有利于膝關(guān)節(jié)功能康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical effect of acute chronic injury of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructed by LARS artificial ligament. According to the interval between injury and treatment, the patients were divided into acute phase group (2-6 weeks) and chronic phase group (5-10 months). The evaluation methods used included Lysholm Tegner Ike DCKT-1000.Results: the two groups of patients after operation included Lachman test, anterior drawer drawer test and axial shift Pivot shift.The results were all negative. The knee joint function score in acute group was better than that in chronic group. The tibial anterior displacement KT-1000 in the acute group was significantly lighter than that in the chronic group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the Lysholm score between the two groups after operation. Conclusion: the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) was reconstructed with LARS ligaments. The acute stage is more advantageous to the knee joint function rehabilitation than the chronic stage.
