【摘要】：目的在獲取X線頸椎屈伸運(yùn)動(dòng)連續(xù)圖像的基礎(chǔ)上探討頸椎的運(yùn)動(dòng)特征。方法對(duì)頸椎病患者及正常人頸椎過(guò)屈位至過(guò)伸位自發(fā)連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的多幀矢狀位X線圖像進(jìn)行圖像預(yù)處理、配準(zhǔn)后,記錄單椎體的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,提取各椎體的特征點(diǎn),并計(jì)算出活躍椎體的相對(duì)幾何學(xué)參數(shù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)速率。結(jié)果患者組與正常組C4、5、6椎體動(dòng)態(tài)軌跡不同。與正常組比較,過(guò)屈位時(shí)患者組C4、5椎體左側(cè)邊緣曲線與基準(zhǔn)線的夾角較小(P均0.05)�；颊呓MC4椎體的運(yùn)動(dòng)存在不穩(wěn)定性,角度變化的波動(dòng)性、速率改變的幅度及頻率均較大。且患者組相鄰單椎體相對(duì)位置的改變更小。結(jié)論通過(guò)本研究圖像預(yù)處理、配準(zhǔn)、參數(shù)提取及結(jié)果分析方法,可真實(shí)反映頸椎病變帶來(lái)的功能學(xué)特征改變,為基于X線圖像的頸椎動(dòng)態(tài)特征分析提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the motion characteristics of cervical vertebrae on the basis of continuous radiographic images of flexion and extension of cervical vertebrae. Methods Multi-frame sagittal images of spontaneous continuous motion of cervical vertebrae in patients with cervical spondylosis and normal subjects were preprocessed. After registration, the motion trajectories of single vertebrae were recorded, the characteristic points of each vertebra were extracted, and the relative geometric parameters and motion rate of active vertebrae were calculated. The angle between the left edge curve and datum line of C _ 4N _ 5 vertebrae in the patients group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The motion of C _ 4 vertebrae in the patient group was unstable and the change of the angle was fluctuating. The amplitude and frequency of the rate change were larger, and the relative position of adjacent single vertebrae in the patient group was much smaller. Conclusion the method of image preprocessing, registration, parameter extraction and result analysis is used in this study. It can truly reflect the changes of functional features caused by cervical spondylosis, and provide a new idea for the analysis of cervical spine dynamic characteristics based on X-ray images.
