【摘要】：目的探討不同清洗方法對(duì)達(dá)芬奇手術(shù)器械上污染物的去除效果。方法將泌尿外科達(dá)芬奇手術(shù)器械分為2組,對(duì)照組按照2004版《內(nèi)鏡清洗消毒技術(shù)操作規(guī)范》《達(dá)芬奇機(jī)器人廠家說明書》進(jìn)行清洗;試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加入壓力蒸汽槍進(jìn)行處理。采用目測(cè)、帶光源放大鏡和ATP對(duì)器械進(jìn)行清洗質(zhì)量檢測(cè)。結(jié)果用目測(cè)法檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組合格率分別為100.00%和95.56%;放大鏡法檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組合格率分別為97.50%和88.89%;ATP法檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組合格率分別為92.50%和80.00%。試驗(yàn)組合格率與對(duì)照組比較,具有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論壓力蒸汽槍能夠有效去除器械殘留物,提高達(dá)芬奇手術(shù)器械的清洗合格率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different cleaning methods on the removal of pollutants from Da Vinci surgical instruments. Methods Urological Da Vinci surgical instruments were divided into two groups. The control group was cleaned according to "Endoscopic cleaning and Disinfection Technical Specification" (2004 edition), "Leonardo da Vinci Robotics Manual", and the test group was treated by adding pressure steam gun on the basis of the control group. Results the qualified rates of the test group and the control group were 100.00% and 95.56 respectively, and the qualified rates of the test group and the control group were 97.50% and 88.89% respectively. The qualified rates of the test group and the control group were 92.50% and 80.00.Compared with the control group, the qualified rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion the pressure steam gun can effectively remove the residue of the instrument and improve the qualified rate of the cleaning of Da Vinci's surgical instruments.
