【摘要】：目的:觀察內口切閉聯(lián)合瘺道潛行刨削術治療肛瘺的臨床療效。方法:選取49例肛瘺患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組(24例)采用內口切閉聯(lián)合瘺道潛行刨削術治療,對照組(25例)采用傳統(tǒng)切開/除術或切開掛線術治療。結果:觀察組與對照組在治愈率、復發(fā)率、總療效上無顯著性差異。但觀察組患者術后疼痛程度、肛門形態(tài)及功能、愈合時間、創(chuàng)面分泌物情況等均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05,P0.01)。結論:采用內口切閉聯(lián)合瘺道潛行刨削術治療肛瘺療效確切,可減輕痛苦、保護肛門功能及縮短療程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of internal ostium closure combined with latent planning for anal fistula. Methods: 49 cases of anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 24 cases in observation group) were treated by internal ostium closure combined with latent planning of fistula, 49 cases of anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 24). Results: there was no significant difference in cure rate, recurrence rate and total curative effect between the observation group and the control group. The healing time and wound secretion were better than that of the control group (P 0.05 and P 0.01). Conclusion: it is effective to treat anal fistula by internal incision and closure combined with latent planning of fistula, which can alleviate pain, protect anal function and shorten the course of treatment.
