【摘要】：目的了解國內頸段脊髓損傷患者對上肢功能重建手術的了解和接受程度,分析患者接受上肢功能重建手術的影響因素。方法 2013年10月至2014年6月,采用自行設計調查表對104例頸段脊髓損傷患者進行調查。結果回收有效問卷81份。上肢功能是頸段脊髓損傷患者最渴望改善的功能。僅3例(3.7%)聽說過上肢功能重建手術�；颊吡私馍现亟ㄊ中g后,手術意愿明顯提高(P0.01)。手高功能指數(shù)組和手低功能指數(shù)組在手功能滿意程度和接受手術意愿方面無顯著性差異(P0.05)�；颊邔κ中g花費、手術風險、術后恢復時間、對輔具功能滿意度均較為關注,但是患者接受上肢功能重建手術意愿和上述因素不相關(P0.05)。結論頸段脊髓損傷患者對于上肢功能改善的強烈愿望和患者對上肢功能重建手術的認知度存在明顯差距。上肢功能重建手術開展較少,應通過康復醫(yī)護人員宣教、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等手段讓潛在的患者了解這項技術。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the degree of understanding and acceptance of upper limb function reconstruction in patients with cervical spinal cord injury in China, and to analyze the influencing factors of upper limb function reconstruction. Methods from October 2013 to June 2014, A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 104 patients with cervical spinal cord injury. Results 81 effective questionnaires were collected. Upper limb function is the most desired function in patients with cervical spinal cord injury. Only 3 patients with cervical spinal cord injury have heard of heavy upper limb function. The patient understands the upper limb reconstruction operation, There was no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction of hand function and the willingness to accept operation between the high function index group and the low function index group. The patients had no significant difference in the cost of operation, the risk of operation, the time of recovery after operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the degree of satisfaction of hand function and the willingness to accept the operation. More attention was paid to the functional satisfaction of auxiliary tools, But there was no correlation between the patients' willingness to undergo upper limb function reconstruction and the above factors (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a significant difference between the patients' strong desire for upper limb function improvement and the patients' recognition of upper limb function reconstruction surgery. ... The upper limb function reconstruction surgery is carried out less, Potential patients should be made aware of the technology through rehabilitative health care personnel education, the Internet and so on.
