【摘要】：研究非特異性腰痛(non-specific low back pain,NLBP)患者的腰骶結(jié)構(gòu)特征及其影響因素。方法:招募篩選NLBP患者71例(NLBP組)及29例無(wú)腰痛的健康人群(Con組)。填寫(xiě)問(wèn)卷評(píng)估疼痛程度和腰功能障礙,并分別拍攝矢狀面及額狀面的X光片,測(cè)定腰椎前凸程度和骨盆側(cè)傾程度的相關(guān)指標(biāo)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)NLBP組腰椎前凸程度與Con組相比無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05);(2)NLBP組與Con組相比骨盆發(fā)生明顯側(cè)傾(P0.05);(3)性別對(duì)NLBP患者腰骶結(jié)構(gòu)沒(méi)有影響;(4)不同年齡的NLBP患者腰椎結(jié)構(gòu)有發(fā)生不同的改變,青年患者與中老年患者相比,腰骶出現(xiàn)了顯著的腰曲變直(P0.05)及骨盆側(cè)傾(P0.01);(5)癥狀也會(huì)影響NLBP患者的腰椎前凸程度(P0.05)。研究結(jié)論:(1)骨盆側(cè)傾是NLBP患者的共性,可將該指標(biāo)用于臨床診斷和療效評(píng)估;(2)不同年齡、性別和癥狀的NLBP患者進(jìn)行康復(fù)時(shí)應(yīng)有針對(duì)性。
[Abstract]:To study the characteristics and influencing factors of lumbosacral structure in patients with non-specific low back pain (NLBP). Methods: 71 patients with NLBP and 29 healthy people without low back pain were recruited to evaluate the pain degree and lumbar dysfunction. The sagittal and frontal planes were taken respectively. The study showed that there was no significant difference in the degree of lordosis of lumbar vertebrae between the Con group and the Con group. There was no significant difference in the degree of Lumbar Lumbar Lumbar kyphosis between the two groups (P0.05NLBP group and Con group). Sex had a significant effect on the lumbosacral structure of NLBP patients compared with the Con group. There were different changes in lumbar vertebrae structure in patients with NLBP at different ages. Compared with the middle and old patients, the symptoms of lumbosacral curvature and pelvic tilting could also affect the degree of lumbar kyphosis in NLBP patients (P 0.05). Conclusion: the pelvic tilting is a common feature in patients with NLBP. This index can be used to evaluate the clinical diagnosis and curative effect of NLBP patients with different age, sex and symptoms.
