【摘要】：目的：觀察利膽消黃湯對膽總管結石患者術后肝功能和臨床癥狀的影響。方法：將符合納入、排除標準的行膽總管切開取石+T管引流術的40例病人按手術先后順序隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組各20例。術后對照組給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)抗感染、護肝等治療,治療組在給予對照組治療的基礎上,在術后第2天開始服用利膽消黃湯(茵陳20g,金銀花15g,柴胡15g,黃芩10g,梔子10g,大黃10g,元胡10g,郁金10g,蒲公英10g,豬苓10g,澤瀉15g,芒硝5g),每日1劑,5天為1療程。觀察兩組患者中醫(yī)臨床癥狀的改善情況,并于術后第5天、第7天復查肝功能進行比較。結果：在年齡、性別和肝功能方面兩組患者術前均無顯著性差異(P0.05)。在中醫(yī)臨床癥狀評分及總有效率方面,治療組與對照組之間的差異有統計學意義(P0.05)。在肝功能(ALT、AST、GGT、TB、DB、ALB)方面,治療組與對照組之間的差異有統計學意義(P0.05)。結論：通過觀察膽總管結石患者術后中醫(yī)臨床癥狀改善情況和肝功能指標的恢復情況,說明了利膽消黃湯在膽總管結石患者術后肝功能的恢復有一定的優(yōu)勢,并可在一定程度上改善膽總管結石患者術后相關臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Lidanxiahuang decoction on liver function and clinical symptoms in patients with choledocholithiasis after operation. Forty patients who were treated with choledocholithotomy and T-tube drainage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group. On the second day after operation, the treatment group began to take Lidan Xiaohuang decoction (Yinchen 20g, Flos Lonicerae 15g, Bupleurum 15g, Scutellaria baicalensis 10g, Gardenia Gardenia 10g). Rhubarb 10g, Yuanhu 10g, Tujin 10g, dandelion 10g, Polyporus 10g, Alismatis 15g, Glauberite 5g, 1 dose per day. Five days as a course of treatment. Observe the improvement of the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups, and on the fifth day, the seventh day of re-examination of liver function. Results: at age. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender and liver function before operation. The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0.05). The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and the recovery of liver function in patients with choledocholithiasis after operation. The results showed that Lidanxiahuang decoction had some advantages in the recovery of liver function in patients with choledocholithiasis, and could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with choledocholithiasis to a certain extent.
