【摘要】：目的綜述蛋白酶激活受體2(protease-activated receptor 2,PAR-2)在骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(osteoarthritis,OA)發(fā)病機(jī)制中的研究進(jìn)展。方法廣泛查閱近年國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)PAR-2在OA發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中作用機(jī)制的文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果 PAR-2的異常激活在OA發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中發(fā)揮重要作用。激活的PAR-2可以通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)炎性因子、代謝因子、致痛因子等的生成及釋放,參與OA關(guān)節(jié)軟骨、軟骨下骨及滑膜的生理和病理變化以及疼痛的產(chǎn)生與傳導(dǎo)。結(jié)論 PAR-2參與OA的發(fā)生發(fā)展已被證實(shí),但由于PAR-2的復(fù)雜性以及分布的廣泛性,需對(duì)其在OA進(jìn)程中的具體作用及各通路間的相互影響進(jìn)行深入研究,闡明PAR-2參與OA病變過(guò)程的潛在病理生理機(jī)制,以期探索新的有效控制OA發(fā)生的作用靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the role of protease-activated receptor 2 (PAR-2) in osteoarthritis of osteoarthritis. Methods recent literatures on the role of PAR-2 in the pathogenesis of OA were reviewed. Results abnormal activation of PAR-2 plays an important role in the development of OA. Activated PAR-2 can regulate inflammatory factors and metabolic factors. The production and release of pain-causing factors are involved in the physiological and pathological changes of articular cartilage, subchondral bone and synovium, as well as the production and transmission of pain. Conclusion PAR-2 has been proved to be involved in the occurrence and development of OA. However, due to the complexity of PAR-2 and its wide distribution, it is necessary to study the specific role of PAR-2 in OA process and the interaction between different pathways. To elucidate the underlying pathophysiological mechanism of PAR-2 involved in the pathogenesis of OA in order to explore new and effective targets for the control of OA.
