【摘要】：超凈通風系統(tǒng)(UVC),通常被稱為層流系統(tǒng)(LAF),在手術室感染的預防和控制中起到重要作用;層流系統(tǒng)主要在關節(jié)置換或矯形手術中使用,對于如矯形手術、器官移植手術等,高效的空氣凈化對于降低術后感染具有顯著的效果;外科手術部位感染(SSI)是手術室醫(yī)院感染控制的主要內容之一,而手術室空氣質量是影響手術切口感染的主要因素之一;國外已展開層流通風系統(tǒng)的長期追蹤調查,重視整體環(huán)境對手術室內空氣的影響;國內較為注重層流系統(tǒng)中空氣質量與菌塵濃度等研究,范圍較國外略窄。本文對近幾年的手術室層流系統(tǒng)國內外應用現(xiàn)狀及相關問題進行梳理和分析,從手術室層流系統(tǒng)的工作原理、手術室層流效果的評估手段、國內外手術室層流技術規(guī)范等不同視角進行綜述,國內外研究進行同步對比,為研究者提供相關研究新視角,促進層流手術室感染學科的發(fā)展和進步。
[Abstract]:Ultra-clean ventilation system (UVC), commonly known as laminar flow system, plays an important role in the prevention and control of infection in operating room. Laminar flow system is mainly used in joint replacement or orthopedic surgery, for example, orthopedic surgery, organ transplantation surgery, efficient air purification to reduce postoperative infection has a significant effect; Surgical site infection (SSI) is one of the main contents of nosocomial infection control in operating room, and air quality in operating room is one of the main factors that affect the infection of surgical incision. The long-term investigation of laminar ventilation system has been carried out abroad, and the effect of the whole environment on the air in the operating room has been paid more attention to. More attention has been paid to the study of air quality and bacterial dust concentration in laminar flow system in China, and the scope is a little narrower than that in foreign countries. In this paper, the domestic and international application status and related problems of laminar flow system in operating room in recent years are combed and analyzed. From the operating room laminar flow system working principle, the operating room laminar flow effect appraisal method, the domestic and foreign operating room laminar flow technical specification and so on different visual angle summary, domestic and foreign research carries on the synchronization contrast. To provide a new perspective for researchers to promote the development and progress of laminar infection in operating room.
