【摘要】：正臨床上,因機體患病(如癱瘓、心血管疾病、肌肉拉傷),或治療措施(如骨折固定)的要求,患者需要長時間的臥床休息和制動,如果不進行康復(fù)治療,極易誘發(fā)廢用性肌萎縮;隨著我國航天事業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,失重狀態(tài)下的廢用性肌萎縮也是航天醫(yī)學(xué)亟待解決的問題。有很多研究關(guān)注廢用性肌萎縮,但廢用性肌萎縮的發(fā)生機制仍遠未完全闡明,且治療方法也較局限,目前臨床上主要采用運動療法(如抗阻訓(xùn)練、耐力訓(xùn)練等)和電刺激療法等用于預(yù)防和治療廢用性肌萎縮。
[Abstract]:Clinically, patients need to stay in bed for long periods of rest and immobilization if they do not undergo rehabilitation because of illness (such as paralysis, cardiovascular disease, muscle strain, or treatment, such as fracture fixation). It is easy to induce disused muscle atrophy. With the rapid development of the space industry in China, abandoned muscle atrophy in weightlessness is also an urgent problem in aerospace medicine. However, the mechanism of disused muscular atrophy is still far from fully elucidated, and the treatment is limited. At present, the main clinical use of exercise therapy (such as resistance training). Endurance training, etc.) and electrical stimulation therapy are used to prevent and treat disused muscular atrophy.
