國(guó)產(chǎn)多孔鉭材料兔髕腱內(nèi)植入形態(tài)學(xué)特點(diǎn)及生物相容性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的通過(guò)將國(guó)產(chǎn)多孔鉭材料植入兔髕腱內(nèi),觀察其形態(tài)學(xué)變化并評(píng)價(jià)生物相容性,為其用于肌腱與骨之間界面固定提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法成年新西蘭大白兔48只,雌雄不限,體重2.5~3.0 kg;將大小為5 mm×5 mm×2 mm的多孔鉭材料及多孔鈦材料分別植入左、右側(cè)髕腱,作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組及對(duì)照組。術(shù)后觀察動(dòng)物一般情況,2、4、8、12周取材行大體、組織學(xué)、掃描電鏡及硬組織切片觀察植入材料內(nèi)髕腱組織長(zhǎng)入情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物均存活。大體觀察實(shí)驗(yàn)組及對(duì)照組材料均與髕腱組織結(jié)合緊密,未見(jiàn)明顯炎性反應(yīng)。組織學(xué)觀察示,兩組植入材料周?chē)邪ば纬?且各時(shí)間點(diǎn)對(duì)照組包膜均較實(shí)驗(yàn)組疏松、厚,但兩組包膜厚度比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);隨時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),兩組包膜均逐漸變薄,組內(nèi)各時(shí)間點(diǎn)間比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。掃描電鏡觀察示隨時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),兩組材料孔隙中長(zhǎng)入的肌腱纖維增多,但實(shí)驗(yàn)組多孔鉭材料內(nèi)部肌腱組織量多于對(duì)照組。硬組織切片示,實(shí)驗(yàn)組多孔鉭-肌腱界面及鉭孔隙內(nèi)充滿(mǎn)肌腱膠原纖維及小血管并逐漸向內(nèi)部生長(zhǎng),與對(duì)照組相比無(wú)明顯差異。結(jié)論國(guó)產(chǎn)多孔鉭材料具有良好生物相容性,多孔鉭-肌腱界面之間可產(chǎn)生穩(wěn)定牢固的連接,適用于肌腱-骨連接裝置的重建。
