醫(yī)用呼吸機控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:呼吸機作為各大醫(yī)院必備的醫(yī)療器械之一,在臨床急救和輔助治療中發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。本設(shè)計是根據(jù)用戶的需要,設(shè)計一個安全可靠的醫(yī)用呼吸機控制系統(tǒng)。 它根據(jù)三種呼氣切換方式設(shè)計了十種工作模式,,以滿足患者不同生理條件下的需要,使得治療更加舒適、高效。它能夠?qū)崟r監(jiān)測患者的呼吸頻率、潮氣量和吸呼比,并且將主要參數(shù)以文字和圖像結(jié)合的形式顯示在液晶顯示器上。同時設(shè)定了上下限告警壓力,在病人出現(xiàn)異常時發(fā)出報警信號。 本設(shè)計根據(jù)常見的呼吸機氣路和電路結(jié)構(gòu),完成醫(yī)用呼吸機控制系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計。該系統(tǒng)以LPC2368微處理器為核心,由最小系統(tǒng)、檢測機構(gòu)、執(zhí)行機構(gòu)、顯示裝置、通信模塊、存儲器擴(kuò)展、鍵盤擴(kuò)展和報警電路組成,繪制出合理的原理圖和PCB圖,制出符合用戶需要的呼吸機控制系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)備。 實驗結(jié)果表明,本呼吸機控制系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定,可靠性高,人機交互性好,能夠基本滿足用戶的需要,并且為呼吸機控制系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展研究提出了一些建議,通過本課題的研究,筆者分析問題和解決問題的能力得到了一定提高,對于自身將來的工作實踐有非常重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Ventilator, as one of the necessary medical devices in major hospitals, plays an extremely important role in clinical first aid and auxiliary treatment. This design is to design a safe and reliable medical ventilator control system according to the needs of users. It designs ten working modes according to three exhalation switching modes to meet the needs of patients under different physiological conditions and make the treatment more comfortable and efficient. It can monitor the respiratory frequency, tidal volume and breath ratio of patients in real time, and display the main parameters on liquid crystal display (LCD) in the form of combination of text and image. At the same time, the upper and lower limit alarm pressure is set, and the alarm signal is sent out when the patient appears abnormal. According to the common ventilator gas circuit and circuit structure, the hardware circuit design of medical ventilator control system is completed. Based on LPC2368 microprocessor, the system is composed of minimum system, detection mechanism, actuator, display device, communication module, memory expansion, keyboard expansion and alarm circuit. Reasonable schematic diagram and PCB diagram are drawn, and the hardware equipment of ventilator control system to meet the needs of users is made. The experimental results show that the ventilator control system works stably, has high reliability and good human-computer interaction, and can basically meet the needs of users, and puts forward some suggestions for the further development of ventilator control system. Through the research of this subject, the author's ability to analyze and solve problems has been improved to a certain extent, which is of great guiding significance for his future work practice.
