【摘要】：對電外科儀器輸出的高壓和大電流參數(shù)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確檢測是研制反饋式電外科儀器的基礎(chǔ)。為此,本文研制基于PC機(jī)的輸出參數(shù)測量系統(tǒng),對電外科儀器輸出的高壓和大電流信號進(jìn)行隔離感應(yīng)、放大、濾波、差分信號變單端信號、有效值轉(zhuǎn)換,最后通過DAQ采集卡進(jìn)行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,數(shù)據(jù)送入PC機(jī)中使用Labview軟件進(jìn)行過采樣、顯示和存儲等處理。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)﹄娡饪苾x器的輸出參數(shù)進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定測量,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確。因此,該系統(tǒng)的研制是成功的,在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)嵌入式的輸出參數(shù)測量系統(tǒng),能夠?yàn)橹悄苁降碾娡饪苾x器開發(fā)提供準(zhǔn)確的反饋信息。
[Abstract]:The accurate detection of high voltage and high current parameters of electric surgical instruments is the basis of the development of feedback electric surgical instruments. For this reason, an output parameter measurement system based on PC is developed in this paper. The high voltage and high current signals outputted by electric surgical instruments are isolated and induced, amplified, filtered, differential signals become single-ended signals, and the effective values are converted. Finally, the analog-to-digital conversion is carried out through DAQ acquisition card, and the data is sent to PC for over-sampling, display and storage by Labview software. The experimental results show that the system can measure the output parameters of electric surgical instruments stably, and the results are accurate. Therefore, the development of the system is successful, on the basis of which the embedded output parameter measurement system can provide accurate feedback information for the development of intelligent electrical surgical instruments.
