巨噬細(xì)胞在生物材料植入反應(yīng)及組織再生中的作用

【摘要】:生物材料在臨床上有很大需求,但其植入機(jī)體后引發(fā)的炎癥反應(yīng)很可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致植入失敗。巨噬細(xì)胞可調(diào)控炎癥反應(yīng)向誘導(dǎo)組織再生方向發(fā)展。在此介紹了巨噬細(xì)胞來源、亞群分類、標(biāo)志物及功能,詳述了生物材料植入體內(nèi)后促進(jìn)巨噬細(xì)胞向炎癥消除和組織再生方向發(fā)展的途徑與策略,對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)巨噬細(xì)胞促進(jìn)組織再生研究尚需注意的問題和未來發(fā)展進(jìn)行討論。
[Abstract]:Biomaterials are in great demand in clinical practice, but the inflammatory reaction caused by implanted biomaterials is likely to lead to the failure of implantations. Macrophages can regulate the development of inflammatory response to induce tissue regeneration. In this paper, the sources of macrophages, classification of subsets, markers and functions are introduced, and the ways and strategies of promoting the development of macrophages towards inflammation elimination and tissue regeneration after biomaterials implanted in vivo are described in detail. The problems and future development of regulating macrophage promoting tissue regeneration were discussed.
