【摘要】：Stroop效應(yīng)能夠反映大腦對(duì)沖突干擾的注意。為了深入分析Stroop效應(yīng)中大腦的認(rèn)知活動(dòng)過(guò)程,設(shè)計(jì)了穩(wěn)態(tài)視覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位(SSVEP)背景標(biāo)記的Stroop實(shí)驗(yàn)范式,記錄同時(shí)含有事件相關(guān)電位(ERP)信號(hào)和SSVEP信號(hào)的腦電信號(hào),并提出基于Hermite濾波器的腦電信號(hào)包絡(luò)分析方法。采集了10例受試的腦電數(shù)據(jù),分離得到ERP信號(hào)和SSVEP信號(hào)。在刺激后400~600 ms時(shí)間窗內(nèi),不一致條件的ERP信號(hào)比一致條件的ERP信號(hào)更負(fù)。條件之間的差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)顯著性,差異主要分布在前額區(qū)域,可視為Stroop效應(yīng)在腦電上的體現(xiàn)。通過(guò)包絡(luò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),SSVEP信號(hào)的包絡(luò)在刺激后存在明顯的下降過(guò)程。ERP信號(hào)Alpha頻帶總包絡(luò)刺激之后的變化與其刺激之前的水平有關(guān),若刺激之前Alpha頻帶總包絡(luò)的水平較高,刺激之后包絡(luò)先小幅上升后下降到比刺激前更低的水平;若刺激之前水平較低,刺激之后的包絡(luò)上升后下降到與刺激前相當(dāng)?shù)乃健Ｍㄟ^(guò)SSVEP背景標(biāo)記Stroop實(shí)驗(yàn)范式和包絡(luò)分析,可進(jìn)一步研究Stroop效應(yīng)的認(rèn)知活動(dòng)過(guò)程,也可為其他認(rèn)知實(shí)驗(yàn)提供參照。
[Abstract]:The Stroop effect reflects the brain's attention to conflict interference. In order to analyze the cognitive process of the brain in Stroop effect, a Stroop experimental paradigm was designed for (SSVEP) background marking of steady-state visual evoked potentials (VEPs), and EEG signals containing both (ERP) and SSVEP signals of event-related potentials (ERPs) were recorded. The envelope analysis method of EEG signal based on Hermite filter is proposed. The EEG data of 10 subjects were collected and the ERP signal and SSVEP signal were separated. In the 400-600 ms time window after stimulation, the inconsistent ERP signal was more negative than the consistent-condition ERP signal. The difference between the conditions was statistically significant, and the difference was mainly distributed in the frontal region, which could be regarded as the embodiment of the Stroop effect in electroencephalogram (EEG). It was found by envelope analysis that the envelope of SSVEP signal decreased obviously after stimulation. The change after Alpha band total envelope stimulation was related to the level before stimulation, and if the level of Alpha band total envelope was higher before stimulation, the change of Alpha signal envelope after stimulation was related to the level before stimulation. After stimulation, the envelope increased slightly and then decreased to a lower level than that before stimulation. If the pre-stimulus level is lower, the envelope after stimulation increases and then drops to the same level as before stimulation. By using SSVEP background marker Stroop experimental paradigm and envelope analysis, we can further study the cognitive process of Stroop effect, and can also provide reference for other cognitive experiments.
