宮腔吸引管清洗方法的改進(jìn)

【摘要】:目的探討宮腔吸引管有效的清洗方法,提高清洗質(zhì)量。方法以2015年7-8月使用后的宮腔吸引管240件為試驗對象,分為對照組與試驗組。對照組采用多酶超聲波清洗機(jī)+全自動清洗消毒機(jī)清洗;試驗組采用改進(jìn)后的方法,手工刷洗+多酶超聲波清洗機(jī)+高壓水槍清洗。清洗后通過目測法、白通條檢查法和ATP生物熒光檢測法比較各組清洗及干燥效果。結(jié)果試驗組清洗合格率和干燥效果均高于對照組。結(jié)論使用手工刷洗+多酶超聲波清洗機(jī)+高壓水槍清洗能有效提高宮腔吸引管的清洗質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effective cleaning method of uterine cavity suction tube and improve the cleaning quality. Methods 240 cases of uterine cavity suction tubes were divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. The control group was cleaned by automatic washing and disinfection machine with multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine, and the test group was washed by manual washing multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine with high pressure water gun. After cleaning, the cleaning and drying effects of each group were compared by visual test, Baitong strip inspection and ATP biofluorescence detection. Results the qualified cleaning rate and drying effect in the test group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion handbrushing multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine with high pressure water gun cleaning can effectively improve the cleaning quality of uterine cavity suction tube.
