人工聽骨鏈重建材料生物相容性、特性及修復(fù)喉軟骨缺損的效果
[Abstract]:Background: there are many substitutes for laryngeal cartilage defects, including autologous cartilage, allogeneic cartilage and metal scaffolds. These materials can achieve ideal results in laryngeal cartilage defects, but there are many deficiencies. Objective: to study the biocompatibility and characteristics of artificial ossicular chain reconstruction material, and to investigate the effect of artificial ossicular chain reconstruction material in repairing laryngeal cartilage defect. Methods: (1) Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) was extracted from fresh human bone. Hydroxyapatite was calcined at high temperature to prepare porous hydroxyapatite. The ossicular bone of porous hydroxyapatite was put into the solution of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP). Bone morphogenetic protein-hydroxyapatite artificial ossicular chain reconstruction materials were prepared. (2) 40 New Zealand male adult rabbits were randomly divided into porous hydroxyapatite group and artificial ossicular chain reconstruction group with 20 rabbits in each group. The laryngeal cartilage defect model of New Zealand adult white rabbits was established. The porous hydroxyapatite group was repaired with porous hydroxyapatite material. Bone morphogenetic protein-hydroxyapatite artificial ossicular chain reconstruction material was used in the artificial ossicular chain reconstruction group. Results and conclusions: (1) there were significant differences in compressive strength and compressive strength of artificial ossicular reconstruction materials with different porosity; (2) the outer surface cavity of bone morphogenetic protein-hydroxyapatite artificial ossicular chain was not symmetrical globular, and the appearance was polygon, the void size was 100-200 渭 m; (3) there was no significant adverse reaction after the implantation of bone morphogenetic protein-porous hydroxyapatite and bone morphogenetic protein-hydroxyapatite artificial ossicular chain reconstruction. But there were more connective tissues and obvious bony nodules in the artificial ossicular chain reconstruction group. The results showed that bone morphogenetic protein-hydroxyapatite artificial ossicular chain reconstruction material had good biocompatibility and characteristics. It has high clinical application value.
