可降解血管支架用Mg-2Y-xZn-0.4Zr合金腐蝕性能的研究

【摘要】:為了提高鎂合金耐腐蝕性能,制備了血管支架用Mg-2Y-xZn-0.4Zr(x=0,1,2,4質(zhì)量分數(shù)%)合金,采用光學顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀、失重等方法研究了四種合金在模擬人體體液(SBF溶液)中的腐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,Zn元素的加入使得合金晶粒細化,1%的Zn元素加入后合金出現(xiàn)Mg_3YZn_6相,當Zn含量提高到2%時出現(xiàn)Mg_3Y_2Zn_3相,合金耐腐蝕性能先提高后降低。Mg-2Y-1Zn-0.4Zr合金展現(xiàn)出最佳的耐腐蝕性能。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys, Mg-2Y-xZn-0.4Zr (xn0OO1O2O4% by mass fraction) alloy for vascular stent was prepared. The alloy was characterized by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM) X-ray diffractometer. The corrosion behavior of four alloys in simulated human body fluid (SBF solution) was studied by weightlessness and other methods. The results show that the addition of Zn element makes the Mg_3YZn_6 phase appear after the addition of 1% Zn element, and the Mg_3Y_2Zn_3 phase appears when the content of Zn increases to 2%. The corrosion resistance of the alloy first increases and then decreases. Mg-2Y-1Zn-0.4Zr alloy shows the best corrosion resistance.
