順應(yīng)性多功能骨外固定器的研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of economy, the increase of industrial and mining enterprises, the rapid development of transportation and accidents, there will be a large number of limb fractures and deformities every year. At present, internal fixation is one of the main methods for the treatment of extremities fracture. Internal fixation will destroy the microenvironment of bone end healing, interfere with the physiologic healing and bone improvement of bone, and risk the failure of internal fixation and the risk of secondary fracture. When various causes of limb deformity and limb disability are treated, most of the internal fixation becomes powerless and can not obtain satisfactory results. Therefore, the development of a reduction, fixation, micro-invasive external fixation device to provide rapid and effective treatment, follow the development trend of bone surgery, has a broad market prospects. In this paper, a new type of external bone fixator for compliance with multi-function external fixation is introduced. The main contents include the following two aspects: (1) High precision compliance multifunctional external fixator, the support rod, the fixation clip of external fixation needle were optimized, the adjusting precision reached 0.33 mm, at the same time, the pain of the patients was alleviated and the therapeutic effect was improved. (2) A forward solution algorithm is put forward and applied to the calculation of prescription. The algorithm has the advantages of simple method, easy programming, easy selection of initial value, high calculation speed and high precision. The effectiveness and practicability of the software system are proved by the framework exercise in the laboratory. Finally, the expected therapeutic effect is obtained through preliminary clinical verification.
