MGF-Ct24E功能化聚乳酸仿生骨基質(zhì)材料的制備與表征

【摘要】:以羥基磷灰石(HAP)表面羥基為引發(fā)基團(tuán),通過(guò)開(kāi)環(huán)聚合法將丙交酯以共價(jià)化學(xué)鍵的方式接枝到HAP表面,得到PLA-g-HAP;再引入具有良好細(xì)胞相容性的馬來(lái)酸酐和具有良好骨誘導(dǎo)性的力生長(zhǎng)因子(MGF-Ct24E),得到MGF-Ct24E-MPLA-g-HAP。借助紅外光譜分析、氨基酸分析、熱性能分析、力學(xué)性能分析和電鏡分析,對(duì)上述材料的結(jié)構(gòu)及性能進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明,最終產(chǎn)物中MGF-Ct24E的接枝率為22.63%,玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度為58.62℃,力學(xué)性能有明顯增強(qiáng),并具備了三維互通孔狀結(jié)構(gòu)和骨誘導(dǎo)生物活性。該材料有望作為新型仿生骨基質(zhì)材料得到應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Hydroxyapatite (HAP) surface hydroxyl group was used to graft lactide onto HAP surface by ring-opening polymerization. PLA-g-HAPs were obtained, and MGF-Ct24E-MPLA-g-HAPs were obtained by introducing maleic anhydride with good cytocompatibility and force growth factor (MGF-Ct24E) with good bone induction. The structure and properties of the materials were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, amino acid analysis, thermal performance analysis, mechanical property analysis and electron microscope analysis. The results show that the grafted ratio of MGF-Ct24E in the final product is 22.63 and the glass transition temperature is 58.62 鈩,
