【摘要】：設(shè)計將人們改造世界的意愿與規(guī)劃用視覺形式表達(dá)出來，人們在不斷創(chuàng)造物質(zhì)與改善生活的探索實踐中形成了一系列方式方法和準(zhǔn)則。今天，產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)與研發(fā)將設(shè)計理念放在至關(guān)重要的位置，單純憑借質(zhì)量與信譽(yù)度已不能滿足人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L的物質(zhì)文化需求。通用設(shè)計、可用性設(shè)計、綠色低碳設(shè)計等理念也正是在這樣的時代背景下應(yīng)運而生。在強(qiáng)調(diào)“用戶至上”、“顧客第一”的生產(chǎn)消費領(lǐng)域中，要想在激烈的市場競爭中占有一席之地，就必須將設(shè)計立足點定位到以“人”為本的人性化設(shè)計之上。在整個設(shè)計構(gòu)思、定案與加工生產(chǎn)過程中，強(qiáng)調(diào)人文因素的導(dǎo)入與應(yīng)用，有效結(jié)合人的生理特征與結(jié)構(gòu)、心理活動、思維方式和情感訴求等，，讓產(chǎn)品不僅滿足其基本的使用價值和功能需求，更在最大程度上實現(xiàn)其使用操作簡單通用，外觀造型多樣生動，功能性能齊全完備，在每一個細(xì)節(jié)之處盡顯人文關(guān)懷。 醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用關(guān)系國計民生，歷來備受業(yè)界人士和廣大群眾的關(guān)注，其研發(fā)、改良與創(chuàng)新不僅標(biāo)志著設(shè)計藝術(shù)的發(fā)展，更象征著醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)業(yè)的長足進(jìn)步。近年來，國家越來越重視醫(yī)療救助事業(yè)的開展和普及，將醫(yī)療器械的加工制造納入國家重點支持項目，不遺余力地鞏固和建設(shè)這項重點工程。將人性化理念應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計研發(fā)，不僅是設(shè)計發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物，更是物質(zhì)文明與精神文明并重，切身站在消費者立場，從使用者角度思考問題的巨大創(chuàng)舉。 論文主要論述醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品的人性化設(shè)計，通過相關(guān)理論指導(dǎo)和資料整理查閱，分析現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)外醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計特征、遵循的基本原則和存在的優(yōu)點與弊端，分析探討在實施具體救助過程中如何保證醫(yī)護(hù)人員正確快速的進(jìn)行儀器操作、界面識別和信息管理，如何減少病人對治療的恐懼不安心理，加強(qiáng)對醫(yī)療體系的信賴，以及如何營造針對特定人群的舒適安全的醫(yī)療環(huán)境等。論文提出在滿足醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品基本的安全性、專用性、工藝性、感性原則的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合用戶心理特征研究，從產(chǎn)品的造型、色彩、材質(zhì)等方面進(jìn)行情感藝術(shù)的滲入和處理，讓用戶從感官上體會到設(shè)計的親切宜人。另外，從美學(xué)角度分析如何讓產(chǎn)品符合人們審美趨勢，盡顯協(xié)調(diào)與舒暢，從視聽、環(huán)保等角度結(jié)合經(jīng)典設(shè)計案例提出增加產(chǎn)品的功能屬性來實現(xiàn)使用的便宜和人與環(huán)境的和諧共處。最后討論如何將聚焦用戶的UCD設(shè)計方法應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的各個環(huán)節(jié)，將人們的信息反饋和意見作用于產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的流程中，真正做到“以人為本”，不離其“宗”，打造讓用戶安心、放心、舒心的醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Design expresses people's will and planning to transform the world in visual form. In the practice of constantly creating material and improving life, people form a series of ways, methods and norms. Today, the production and development of products put the design concept in a crucial position, relying solely on quality and credibility can no longer meet the increasing material and cultural needs of people. General design, usability design, green low-carbon design and other concepts are also under this background. In the field of production and consumption, which emphasizes "customer first" and "customer first", if you want to have a place in the fierce market competition, you must position the design foothold on the humanized design based on "people". In the whole design conception, the final plan and the processing production process, emphasizes the human factor introduction and the application, effectively unifies the human physiology characteristic and the structure, the psychological activity, the thought way and the emotion appeal and so on, Let the product not only meet its basic use value and function demand, but also realize its use and operation simple and universal to the greatest extent, the appearance shape is diverse and vivid, the function is complete and complete, show the humanities concern in every detail place. The design and application of medical device products have always been concerned by the people of the industry and the masses. Its research and development, improvement and innovation not only symbolize the development of design art, but also symbolize the rapid progress of the medical and health industry. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the development and popularization of medical aid, the processing and manufacturing of medical devices has been incorporated into the national key support projects, and no effort has been made to consolidate and build this key project. The application of humanized concept to the design and development of medical products is not only the product of design development to a certain stage, but also the great innovation of material civilization and spiritual civilization, standing on the standpoint of consumers and thinking about problems from the perspective of users. This paper mainly discusses the humanized design of medical device products, analyzes the design characteristics, basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of medical device products at home and abroad through relevant theoretical guidance and data collation. This paper analyzes and discusses how to ensure the correct and rapid instrument operation, interface identification and information management, how to reduce patients' fear and uneasiness of treatment, and how to strengthen their trust in medical system. And how to create a comfortable and safe medical environment for specific people. On the basis of satisfying the basic safety, specificity, craftsmanship and perceptual principles of medical device products, combining with the research on the psychological characteristics of users, this paper proposes to infiltrate and deal with the emotional art from the aspects of product shape, color, material and so on. Let the user from the senses to the design of the kind and pleasant. In addition, from the point of view of aesthetics, it analyzes how to make the products conform to the aesthetic trend of people, and make the products appear in harmony and comfort, and from the audio-visual point of view, Based on the classic design case, the author puts forward to increase the function attribute of the product to realize the cheap use and the harmonious coexistence between people and the environment. Finally, it discusses how to apply the UCD design method focused on the user to every link of the product design of medical device, and how to apply the information feedback and opinion of people to the process of product development, so as to truly achieve "people-oriented" and "live". Make the medical product design that lets the user feel at ease, rest assured, comfortable.
