頭頸部危險穴位測量與定位方法研究

【摘要】:針灸療法歷史悠久,療效獨特。頭頸部穴區(qū)部分穴位下面有重要的血管、神經(jīng)等組織結(jié)構(gòu),在臨床中有著神奇的治療效果,在針灸研究中至關(guān)重要,但針刺不當極易發(fā)生意外,重則傷及性命,中醫(yī)學上稱之為頭頸部危險穴位。頭頸部針灸雙盲試驗和針灸作用機理是國際上尚未攻克的焦點研究課題之一,是頭頸部針灸科學發(fā)展中亟待解決的重大問題。在頭頸部針灸雙盲試驗及針灸作用機理研究中,因取穴不準確,導致同一穴位取穴點不相同,不同穴位取穴點交叉重合,此穴非彼穴,因果關(guān)系模糊,難以有效地執(zhí)行針灸隨機對照雙盲試驗,頭頸部針灸作用機理研究的可靠性和科學性受到影響和質(zhì)疑。為解開這個世界科學難題,解決頭頸部針灸科學研究中的取穴規(guī)范化和歸一化問題,研究科學取穴的測量方法和測量儀器,已成為頭頸部針灸科學研究與發(fā)展中亟待解決的重要科學和技術(shù)問題。 本文以頭頸部危險穴位為測量對象,研究借助精密光學采集與投影設(shè)備,在腧穴定位國家標準的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合了圖像處理和數(shù)學幾何計算等現(xiàn)代技術(shù),設(shè)計了一種用于頭頸部危險穴位測量與定位方法和技術(shù)。本課題的主要工作有以下幾方面: (1)結(jié)合精密光學儀器的原理和應用,提出了具有圖像采集、取穴測量、投影定位等功能的系統(tǒng)方案,設(shè)計了圖像采集與投影一體化機。 (2)設(shè)計了用于采集設(shè)備和投影設(shè)備主光軸平行校準的標準圓校準方法。 (3)設(shè)計了兩自由度云臺,用于完成承載圖像采集系統(tǒng)和投影定位系統(tǒng)的任務,控制圖像采集系統(tǒng)完成對被測人體頭頸部圖像的正確采集,控制投影定位系統(tǒng)完成對危險穴位的精確定位。 (4)提出了圖像處理方案,重點研究了圖像的穴位測量方案,運用圖像處理算法分析得到穴位的精確位置,并完成定位方案的設(shè)計。 (5)設(shè)計編寫了易于操作的人機交互界面,方便用戶進行相關(guān)操作。該課題利用光學儀器和精密測量技術(shù),準確測量與定位頭頸部危險穴位。該頭頸部危險穴位測量與定位方法為針灸科學研究提供一種切實可行的方法和技術(shù)手段,對針灸科學研究具有重要理論意義和應用價值。
[Abstract]:Acupuncture therapy has a long history and unique curative effect. There are important blood vessels, nerves and other tissue structures beneath some points in the head and neck area, which have magical therapeutic effects in clinical practice and are of great importance in acupuncture research. However, improper acupuncture is prone to accidents and serious injuries to life. Traditional Chinese medicine is called head and neck dangerous acupoints. The double blind experiment of acupuncture and moxibustion and the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the head and neck are one of the focus research topics which have not been solved in the world. It is an important problem to be solved urgently in the scientific development of acupuncture and moxibustion in the head and neck. In the double blind experiment of acupuncture and moxibustion in head and neck and the study on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion, because of the inaccuracy of acupoint extraction, the same point is different, the point of different acupoint is overlapping, the point is not another point, and the causality is fuzzy. It is difficult to carry out randomized controlled double-blind trials of acupuncture and moxibustion effectively, and the reliability and scientific nature of the study on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the head and neck are affected and questioned. In order to solve this world scientific problem, to solve the problem of standardization and normalization of acupoints in the scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion in the head and neck, to study the measuring methods and measuring instruments of scientific acupoints, It has become an important scientific and technical problem to be solved in the scientific research and development of acupuncture and moxibustion in head and neck. In this paper, the dangerous acupoints of head and neck are taken as the measurement object. With the aid of precise optical acquisition and projection equipment, and on the basis of the national standard of acupoint positioning, the paper combines modern techniques such as image processing and mathematical geometry calculation. A method and technique for measuring and locating dangerous acupoints in head and neck were designed. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) combined with the principle and application of precision optical instrument, a system scheme with the functions of image acquisition, hole measurement, projection positioning and so on is put forward. The image acquisition and projection integration machine is designed. (2) the standard circle calibration method for parallel calibration of the main optical axis of the acquisition equipment and the projection equipment is designed. (3) the two-degree-of-freedom cloud head is designed. It is used to complete the task of carrying image acquisition system and projection positioning system, and to control the image acquisition system to complete the correct collection of human head and neck images. Control projection positioning system to complete the accurate positioning of dangerous acupoints. (4) put forward an image processing scheme, focus on the image of the acupoint measurement scheme, using image processing algorithm analysis to obtain the accurate point position, And complete the design of the positioning scheme. (5) designed a human-computer interface which is easy to operate, which is convenient for users to operate. Using optical instruments and precision measurement technology, the task accurately measures and locates the dangerous acupoints of head and neck. The method of measuring and locating dangerous acupoints in the head and neck provides a feasible method and technical means for the scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion, and has important theoretical significance and application value for the scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion.
