超聲彈性成像技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:超聲彈性成像作為一種新的超聲成像方法,它通過獲取有關(guān)組織彈性信息進行成像,彌補了X射線、超聲成像(US)、磁共振成像(MRI)、計算機斷層掃描(CT)等傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學成像模態(tài)不能直接提供組織彈性的不足,具有無創(chuàng)、簡單、便宜、容易應(yīng)用等優(yōu)點,被廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床,成為目前醫(yī)學彈性成像的一個研究熱點。本文介紹了彈性成像基本的原理,詳細闡述了血管內(nèi)超聲彈性成像、超聲振動聲成像、超聲剪切波彈性成像、瞬時彈性成像、心肌彈性成像等不同激勵方式下的幾種超聲彈性成像的基本原理、成像方法、國內(nèi)外目前的研究現(xiàn)狀、成像優(yōu)缺點等,敘述了超聲彈性成像在乳腺檢測、前列腺癌的檢測、射頻消融監(jiān)測和檢測、冠狀動脈粥樣硬化的治療等臨床應(yīng)用,并總結(jié)了超聲彈性成像的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:As a new ultrasonic imaging method, ultrasonic elastic imaging makes up for X-ray by obtaining elastic information about tissues. Traditional medical imaging modes, such as ultrasonic imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT), can not directly provide tissue elasticity, and have the advantages of non-invasive, simple, cheap and easy to use, so they are widely used in clinical practice. It has become a research hotspot in medical elastic imaging. In this paper, the basic principles of elastic imaging are introduced, including intravascular ultrasonic elastic imaging, ultrasonic vibration acoustic imaging, ultrasonic shear wave elastic imaging, instantaneous elastic imaging. The basic principles, imaging methods, current research situation, advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of ultrasonic elastic imaging under different excitation modes, such as myocardial elastic imaging, are described. The detection of breast cancer and prostate cancer by ultrasonic elastic imaging is described. The monitoring and detection of radiofrequency ablation and the treatment of coronary atherosclerosis were reviewed.
