足底壓力分布監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與初步臨床應(yīng)用

【摘要】:足底各點(diǎn)壓力分布情況可以反映人靜止站立和行走時(shí)足底各關(guān)鍵支撐點(diǎn)所受力的大小,全面了解足底壓力分布及其變化對(duì)了解足的生物力學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)診斷、疾病程度測(cè)定、術(shù)后療效客觀化評(píng)價(jià)、康復(fù)研究等方面均有重要意義。本文設(shè)計(jì)并制作了一種簡(jiǎn)單易用的足底壓力測(cè)量裝置,采用FlexiForce柔性壓力傳感器測(cè)取足底不同部位的壓力信號(hào),USB A/D采集板采集數(shù)據(jù)并將數(shù)據(jù)傳入電腦,電腦上基于VB編寫的上位機(jī)軟件可以記錄、存取和回放壓力數(shù)據(jù)。本文利用上述裝置測(cè)取了正常人及拇外翻患者術(shù)前和術(shù)后足底壓力分布,并對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)照分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)患有拇外翻的患者相對(duì)于正常人第二跖趾關(guān)節(jié)壓力很大并且整體受力外移,而拇外翻患者術(shù)后足底壓力與術(shù)前相比有很大改善,印證了裝置的作用。
[Abstract]:The distribution of pressure at every point of the sole can reflect the magnitude of the stress at the key supporting points of the foot when people stand or walk at rest, and comprehensively understand the distribution of pressure on the foot and its changes in understanding the biomechanics, clinical diagnosis, and disease degree of the foot. Objective evaluation of postoperative efficacy, rehabilitation research and other aspects are of great significance. In this paper, a simple and easy to use plantar pressure measuring device is designed and made. The pressure signals of different parts of the plantar are measured by FlexiForce flexible pressure sensor and the data are collected by the USB A / D acquisition board and the data are transmitted to the computer. The PC software based on VB can record, access and playback pressure data. The plantar pressure distribution before and after operation in normal subjects and patients with hallux valgus was measured by using the above device, and the results were compared and analyzed. It was found that the pressure of the second metatarsophalangeal joint of the patients with hallux valgus was very high and the whole stress was shifted out of the body, while the plantar pressure of the patients with hallux valgus was much improved than that of the patients before operation, which confirmed the effect of the device.
