兩種材料在前牙區(qū)拔牙位點(diǎn)保存的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】:目的:比較兩種材料在犬前牙區(qū)拔牙位點(diǎn)的引導(dǎo)新骨形成作用。方法:選取6只12月齡雄性Beagle犬,將其隨機(jī)分為A、B、C三組,微創(chuàng)拔除實(shí)驗(yàn)犬下頜雙側(cè)第一側(cè)切牙,A組犬填入羥基磷灰石生物陶瓷(天博),B組填入骨誘導(dǎo)活性材料(osteoinduction active material,OAM),C組空置(對(duì)照)。三組實(shí)驗(yàn)犬在1個(gè)月末各處死1只,在3個(gè)月末各處死1只。取實(shí)驗(yàn)樣本,進(jìn)行標(biāo)本測(cè)量,利用CBCT分析進(jìn)行骨形成密度的評(píng)估。結(jié)果:所有位點(diǎn)骨量均有不同程度的吸收。OAM組與天博組牙槽嵴寬度平均骨量吸收程度低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),OAM組平均骨量吸收程度低于天博組(P0.05);牙槽嵴高度喪失OAM與天博均低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),但OAM與天博間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);CT值比較結(jié)果可見愈合后期OAM吸收快于天博(P0.05)。結(jié)論:OAM具有良好的位點(diǎn)保存效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of two materials in guiding new bone formation in canine anterior tooth extraction site. Methods: six 12-month-old male Beagle dogs were randomly divided into three groups. In group A, hydroxyapatite bioceramics were implanted into the bilateral first incisor of the mandible. Three groups of dogs died one at the end of one month and one at the end of three. Specimens were measured and bone formation density was evaluated by CBCT analysis. Results: bone mass of all sites was absorbed in varying degrees. The average bone resorption degree of alveolar ridge width in Oam group and Tianbo group was lower than that in control group (P 0.05), and the average bone resorption degree in Oam group was lower than that in Tianbo group (P 0.05), and the loss of OAM and Tianbo average in alveolar crest height was lower in Oam group than in control group (P 0.05). It was lower than the control group (P 0.05), but the difference between OAM and Tianbo was not statistically significant. The results showed that the OAM absorption was faster in the late healing stage than that in the Tianbo group. Conclusion: OAM has good site preservation effect.
