三維結(jié)構(gòu)和氧化度對(duì)C6位氧化再生纖維素止血材料性能影響

【摘要】:C6位氧化再生纖維素作為可吸收止血材料,其止血性能受材料理化性質(zhì)的影響。通過比較氧化再生纖維素的吸水率、凝膠化速率、溶解速率、降解速率、抗老化性能和止血效果,研究三維結(jié)構(gòu)和氧化度對(duì)氧化再生纖維素性能影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),氧化度增高,氧化再生纖維素吸水率增強(qiáng),凝膠化速率加快,溶解速率和降解速率變快,抗老化性能變差,產(chǎn)品有效期變短。纖絲松散網(wǎng)狀多孔結(jié)構(gòu)比紗布致密結(jié)構(gòu)更有利于提高吸水率,加快凝膠化速率和溶解速率;同時(shí)降低氧化劑用量,提高抗老化性能。同一氧化度條件下,纖絲止血速率優(yōu)于紗布,止血效果更好。
[Abstract]:As absorbable hemostatic material, C _ 6 oxidized regenerated cellulose is affected by the physical and chemical properties of the material. By comparing the water absorption, gelation rate, dissolution rate, degradation rate, antiaging property and hemostatic effect of oxidized regenerated cellulose, the effects of three dimensional structure and degree of oxidation on the properties of oxidized regenerated cellulose were studied. The results showed that the oxidation degree increased, the water absorption of oxidized regenerated cellulose increased, the gelation rate accelerated, the dissolution rate and degradation rate became faster, the anti-aging property became poor, and the product validity period became shorter. The loose reticular porous structure of filaments is more favorable than the dense structure of gauze to increase water absorption, accelerate gelation rate and dissolution rate, reduce the amount of oxidant and improve the anti-aging performance. Under the same oxidation degree, the hemostasis rate of filaments was better than that of gauze, and the hemostatic effect was better.
