【摘要】：外固定支架在臨床中經(jīng)過(guò)不斷地改進(jìn),成為骨科的一門基本技術(shù)。近幾十年來(lái),外固定理論的發(fā)展及各式外固定器的研制,使其用途呈現(xiàn)多樣化。在肢體延長(zhǎng)和畸形矯正方面的成績(jī),更顯示其重要性,某些方面是內(nèi)固定不可替代的。當(dāng)然,該技術(shù)也有一定的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,若應(yīng)用不當(dāng)會(huì)發(fā)生嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥甚至后遺癥。本文從外固定支架的分類,在四肢骨折、胸腰椎骨折、肢體延長(zhǎng)中的應(yīng)用及在延長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中需注意的問(wèn)題,可能出現(xiàn)的并發(fā)癥等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:The external fixation stent has been continuously improved in clinical practice and has become a basic technique in orthopedic department. In recent decades, the development of external fixation theory and the development of various kinds of external fixators have diversified their applications. Achievements in limb lengthening and deformity correction are more important, and some aspects are irreplaceable for internal fixation. Of course, the technique also has a certain incidence of complications, if not used properly will occur serious complications and even sequelae. In this paper, the classification of external fixator, the application in limb fracture, thoracolumbar vertebrae fracture, limb lengthening, the problems needing attention during lengthening, the possible complications and so on are reviewed.
