【摘要】：皮膚老化是人體衰老進(jìn)程中最明顯的標(biāo)志,對(duì)其進(jìn)行定性或定量評(píng)價(jià)具有重要意義,并可廣泛應(yīng)用于人體衰老程度研究以及抗衰老措施功效評(píng)價(jià)等領(lǐng)域。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)人為皮膚老化分級(jí)的主觀性,本文探索用自組織映射(SOM)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)皮膚老化程度的自動(dòng)分級(jí)。首先,采用便攜式數(shù)碼顯微鏡獲取人體前臂腹側(cè)皮膚圖像,經(jīng)圖像處理分析,提取皮膚紋理參數(shù):皮溝平均寬度和交點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù),用于表征皮膚紋理老化的變化情況;其次,將紋理參數(shù)值輸入SOM神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),用于網(wǎng)絡(luò)訓(xùn)練學(xué)習(xí)及分級(jí)。結(jié)果顯示,本文所設(shè)計(jì)的基于機(jī)器視覺下的皮膚老化評(píng)價(jià)方法,與人工方法相比較,分類一致率達(dá)80.8%,可實(shí)現(xiàn)較為客觀且快速的皮膚老化分級(jí)。
[Abstract]:Skin aging is the most obvious sign in the process of human aging. It is of great significance to evaluate it qualitatively or quantitatively, and it can be widely used in the research of human aging degree and the effectiveness evaluation of anti-aging measures.Aiming at the subjectivity of traditional artificial skin aging classification, this paper explores the use of self-organizing mapping (SOM) neural network to realize the automatic grading of skin aging degree.Firstly, the skin images of the ventral forearm of human body are obtained by portable digital microscope. The skin texture parameters, such as the average width and the number of intersection points, are extracted by image processing and analysis, which are used to characterize the aging of skin texture.The texture parameters are input into SOM neural network for network training and grading.The results show that compared with the artificial method, the classification consistency rate of the skin aging evaluation method designed in this paper is 80.8, which can achieve more objective and rapid skin aging classification.
