有機(jī)相對(duì)人牙釉質(zhì)力學(xué)性能影響的有限元分析

【摘要】:人牙釉質(zhì)是最硬的人體組織,對(duì)咀嚼磨耗有較大的抵抗力,其由羥基磷灰石晶體和有機(jī)物相間排列而成,顯微組織結(jié)構(gòu)與纖維增強(qiáng)材料類(lèi)似。采用有限元方法分別建立原始牙釉質(zhì)和去除有機(jī)相牙釉質(zhì)2種模型,研究牙釉質(zhì)中的有機(jī)相對(duì)其力學(xué)性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,牙釉質(zhì)具有各向異性的力學(xué)性能,隨著偏離羥基磷灰石晶體C軸方向的角度增加,釉質(zhì)的壓縮彈性模量和壓縮屈服應(yīng)力降低,在45°方向達(dá)到最小值;牙釉質(zhì)中的有機(jī)相會(huì)顯著影響其力學(xué)性能,當(dāng)有機(jī)相被去除后,牙釉質(zhì)的壓縮彈性模量、剪切彈性模量和剪切屈服應(yīng)力均降低,壓縮屈服應(yīng)力無(wú)顯著變化。研究結(jié)果有助于揭示牙釉質(zhì)化學(xué)組成和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)其力學(xué)性能的影響,為牙科修復(fù)材料的仿生設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Human tooth enamel is the hardest tissue of human body, and it has great resistance to masticatory wear. It is composed of hydroxyapatite crystal and organic material, and its microstructure is similar to that of fiber reinforced material.Two models of primary enamel and organic enamel removal were established by finite element method to study the effect of organic in enamel on its mechanical properties.The results show that the enamel has anisotropic mechanical properties. The compressive elastic modulus and compressive yield stress of enamel decrease with the increase of angle deviating from the C-axis direction of hydroxyapatite crystal, and reach the minimum value in the direction of 45 擄.The mechanical properties of enamel were significantly affected by organic phase. When the organic phase was removed, the compressive elastic modulus, shear elastic modulus and shear yield stress of enamel decreased, but the compressive yield stress did not change significantly.The results are helpful to reveal the influence of chemical composition and microstructure of enamel on the mechanical properties of dental enamel and provide theoretical basis for the bionic design of dental restoration materials.
