基于語義的醫(yī)療Web服務發(fā)現(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:web服務是可以通過Internet訪問的模塊化應用技術,它是解決業(yè)務過程執(zhí)行和應用集成的一種有效手段。在醫(yī)療領域,web服務技術在異構信息系統(tǒng)集成、遠程醫(yī)療、移動醫(yī)療等方面被廣泛使用,發(fā)揮著重要作用。 隨著可用的web服務越來越多,對服務的有效發(fā)現(xiàn)就顯得越發(fā)重要。傳統(tǒng)的做法是將web服務注冊到發(fā)布中心(UDDI),用戶再通過關鍵詞手動查詢、挑選所需的服務。這種基于語法層次的匹配,由于缺少語義的支持導致服務發(fā)現(xiàn)的覆蓋率和準確率都很低。語義網(wǎng)(Semantic web)技術的引入為解決此類問題提供了契機。它通過在傳統(tǒng)的web服務基礎上添加語義支持,并引入本體作為知識推理基礎,從語義層面出發(fā)探討解決現(xiàn)有的web服務發(fā)現(xiàn)及應用所存在的問題。 本文正是針對上述問題,使用語義web服務的相關技術,研究和改進服務的發(fā)布方式、服務的匹配算法以及服務發(fā)現(xiàn)的綜合框架,來提高服務發(fā)現(xiàn)的查全率和準確率。具體來說,本文主要做了以下幾個方面的工作: 1.研究分析了當前的語義web服務描述方式和傳統(tǒng)服務發(fā)布方式,在保留傳統(tǒng)功能的基礎上,設計了基于語義的服務發(fā)布平臺。添加本體的支持,并通過索引庫、分類庫等對關鍵數(shù)據(jù)的建模,有效地提高了服務檢索的效率。 2.設計了完整的服務匹配過程并改進了每個步驟的關鍵算法,包括:在分類匹配方面,引入了國際流行的NAICS分類標準進行模糊匹配,保留了同其他系統(tǒng)交互的可擴展性。在語義推理方面,定義了更加合理的推理規(guī)則,兼顧了匹配效率和查全率。在核心的功能接口匹配方面,改進基于語義距離的概念相似度算法,并引入權值參數(shù)來表示用戶的特異性需求,更好的匹配出滿足用戶需求的服務。 3.綜合服務發(fā)布平臺和匹配算法,設計了一個完整的服務發(fā)現(xiàn)框架,并構建了一定數(shù)量的用例來對此框架進行測試。最后以一個醫(yī)院的日常醫(yī)療事務和急診、轉(zhuǎn)診服務為需求,建立一個醫(yī)療應用的仿真用例,,為醫(yī)療服務的有效發(fā)現(xiàn)提供了一個可行方案。
[Abstract]:Web service is a modularized application technology that can be accessed through Internet. It is an effective method to solve the problem of business process execution and application integration.In medical field, web services technology is widely used in heterogeneous information system integration, telemedicine, mobile medicine and so on, and plays an important role.As more and more web services are available, effective discovery of services becomes more and more important.The traditional method is to register the web service with the distribution center, and then the user will manually query the key words to select the required service.Because of the lack of semantic support, the coverage and accuracy of service discovery are very low.The introduction of semantic Web provides an opportunity to solve these problems.By adding semantic support to traditional web services and introducing ontology as the basis of knowledge reasoning, it discusses how to solve the problems existing in the discovery and application of web services from the semantic level.In order to improve the recall and accuracy of service discovery, this paper studies and improves the service publishing method, the matching algorithm and the comprehensive framework of service discovery by using the related technology of semantic web services.Specifically, this paper mainly does the following work:1.This paper studies and analyzes the current semantic web service description and traditional service publishing methods, and designs a semantic based service publishing platform on the basis of retaining the traditional function.The efficiency of service retrieval is improved by adding the support of ontology and modeling key data through index database and classification database.2.A complete service matching process is designed and the key algorithm of each step is improved. In the aspect of classification and matching, the international popular NAICS classification standard is introduced for fuzzy matching, which retains the scalability of interaction with other systems.In the aspect of semantic reasoning, more reasonable reasoning rules are defined, and matching efficiency and recall rate are taken into account.In the core functional interface matching, the concept similarity algorithm based on semantic distance is improved, and the weight parameter is introduced to represent the specific needs of the user, so as to better match the services that meet the needs of users.3.Based on the service publishing platform and matching algorithm, a complete service discovery framework is designed, and a certain number of use cases are constructed to test the framework.Finally, taking the daily medical affairs and emergency and referral services of a hospital as the requirement, a simulation use case of medical application is established, which provides a feasible scheme for the effective discovery of medical services.
