【摘要】：目的:分析國家二級醫(yī)院CT設(shè)備運行的成本與效益,為實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院宏觀經(jīng)濟的管理提供參考價值。方法:結(jié)合國家中、西、東部地區(qū)的具體省份,采取問卷調(diào)查的方式,結(jié)合67家二級醫(yī)院在過去的五年中的CT設(shè)備運行成本和效益為基本資料,在經(jīng)濟效益和技術(shù)效益的角度上,明確設(shè)備的成本效益問題。結(jié)果:通過分析顯示,在調(diào)查的三個省份中,CT的平均擁有量是(1.7±0.9)臺。針對樣本醫(yī)院中的CT設(shè)備進行成本的實際運算,會發(fā)現(xiàn)在這64家二級醫(yī)院中,在2010年—2014年間CT的年平均總運行成本是134.9萬元、138.2萬元、148.7萬元、157.2萬元、177.1萬元,始終呈現(xiàn)出遞增的趨勢。結(jié)論:經(jīng)過分析,國家二級醫(yī)院的CT設(shè)備運行成本經(jīng)濟效益顯著,技術(shù)效益還有較大進步空間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the cost and benefit of the operation of CT equipment in national level II hospital, and to provide reference value for the management of hospital macro economy.Methods: combined with the specific provinces in the middle, west and east of the country, the basic data of the operation cost and benefit of CT equipment in 67 second-level hospitals in the past five years were investigated by questionnaire.In the angle of economic benefit and technical benefit, the cost-benefit problem of equipment is clear.Results: the average ownership of CT was 1.7 鹵0.9 in the three provinces.According to the actual cost calculation of CT equipment in the sample hospital, it is found that the average annual total operating cost of CT between 2010 and 2014 is 1.349 million yuan, 1.382 million yuan, 1.487 million yuan, 1.572 million yuan, 1.771 million yuan in these 64 level II hospitals, and the average annual operation cost of CT is 1.349 million yuan, 1.382 million yuan, 1.487 million yuan, 1.572 million yuan, 1.771 million yuan between 2010 and 2014.The trend is always increasing.Conclusion: through the analysis, the cost and economic benefit of CT equipment in the second class hospital is remarkable, and the technical benefit still has great room for improvement.
