【摘要】：背景:在第二跖骨和內(nèi)側(cè)楔狀骨之間的3條韌帶中,Lisfranc韌帶最強壯,其強度是背側(cè)韌帶的3倍,所以Lisfranc韌帶對于維持第2跖骨和內(nèi)側(cè)楔骨之間的穩(wěn)定至關(guān)重要,但單純Lisfranc韌帶的損傷對跖跗關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性的研究,國內(nèi)外均末見報道。方法/設(shè)計:解剖學(xué)測量及生物力學(xué)實驗。(1)采用防腐尸體標(biāo)本,對Lisfranc韌帶的起點、止點、走行、長度、寬度及厚度進行解剖學(xué)觀測及統(tǒng)計。(2)選擇新鮮人體足部標(biāo)本,利用生物力學(xué)測試方法,依次切斷背側(cè)韌帶、Lisfranc韌帶和跖側(cè)韌帶分別加載,采用引伸計測量不同負載下第一、二跖骨基底之間的位移變化,探討Lisfranc韌帶對跖跗關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性的影響。討論:實驗利用生物力學(xué)測試方法,探討Lisfranc韌帶對跖跗關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性起何作用,同時通過對Lisfranc韌帶的解剖學(xué)觀測,提高臨床上對Lisfranc韌帶重要性的認識,為臨床跖附關(guān)節(jié)損傷的治療提供理論依據(jù)。倫理批準(zhǔn):研究經(jīng)廣州市正骨醫(yī)院醫(yī)學(xué)倫理委員會批準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Background: of the three ligaments between the second metatarsal bone and the medial cuneiform bone, the Lisfranc ligament is the strongest and is three times stronger than the dorsal ligament. Therefore, the Lisfranc ligament is essential for maintaining stability between the second metatarsal bone and the medial cuneate bone. However, the study on the stability of tarsometatarsal joint caused by simple Lisfranc ligament injury is rarely reported at home and abroad. Methods: anatomical measurement and biomechanical experiment. Anatomic observation of width and thickness and statistics. 2) fresh human foot specimens were selected. By biomechanical test, Lisfranc ligament and metatarsal ligament were cut off and loaded respectively. The first was measured by extensometer under different loads. The effect of Lisfranc ligament on the stability of tarsometatarsal joint was discussed by using the biomechanical test method to explore the effect of Lisfranc ligament on the stability of tarsometatarsal joint. At the same time, the anatomical observation of the Lisfranc ligament can improve the clinical understanding of the importance of the Lisfranc ligament, and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of the injury of the metatarsophalangeal joint. Ethical approval: the study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Guangzhou Zhenggu Hospital.
