【摘要】：關于低氧的研究一直是生物及醫(yī)學領域研究的熱點,近年來隨著低氧研究的廣泛開展,體育界乃至社會上普通民眾都對低氧及低氧訓練產(chǎn)生了極大的興趣。隨著人們生活水平的提高,前往西藏旅游的人也越來越多,而這也成為低氧研究潛在動力之一 目前低氧研究的設備主要有低壓艙、常壓艙、呼吸面罩等。本文對此進行了扼要的介紹,并對其優(yōu)缺點進行了分析。在此基礎之上,提出了一種綜合了低壓艙和常壓艙特點的新型的低氧艙設計思路。本文的主要工作有：(1)對低氧艙的一些基礎問題進行了研究。這其中包括漏氣模型的建立、密閉性的要求、肺泡水分壓對高度的影響、二氧化碳的處理等。(2)對系統(tǒng)的整體設計進行了詳細的介紹。這其中包括氮氣制備系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、信號采集系統(tǒng)等,并對系統(tǒng)的硬件和電路設計等進行了說明。針對該艙的特點,論文提出了一種基于經(jīng)驗公式的控制算法。(3)在已建低氧艙的基礎上,開展了大規(guī)模的低氧訓練,充分證實了該艙的有效性。該艙可以開展低氧預習服訓練,并對低氧耐力進行評估。
[Abstract]:The research on hypoxia has always been a hot topic in the field of biology and medicine. In recent years, with the extensive development of hypoxic research, The sports world and even the general public are interested in hypoxia and hypoxia training. With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people travel to Tibet, which has become one of the potential motivation of hypoxic research. At present, the equipment of hypoxic research mainly includes low-pressure chamber, atmospheric chamber, breathing mask and so on. This paper briefly introduces this situation, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, a new design idea of low oxygen tank is put forward, which integrates the characteristics of low pressure tank and constant ballast tank. The main work of this paper is to study some basic problems of low oxygen tank, including the establishment of air leakage model and the requirements of airtight. The effect of alveolar water pressure on the height, the treatment of carbon dioxide, etc.) the overall design of the system is introduced in detail. These include nitrogen preparation system, control system, signal acquisition system, etc. The hardware and circuit design of the system are also explained. According to the characteristics of the cabin, a control algorithm based on empirical formula is proposed in this paper. Based on the established hypoxic cabin, a large-scale hypoxic training is carried out. The effectiveness of the module is fully confirmed. The module can conduct hypoxic preconditioning training and evaluate hypoxia endurance.
