【摘要】：針對60mm×45mm尺寸碘化銫熒光屏,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)用于牙科診斷的X射線數(shù)字化成像光學(xué)系統(tǒng)。選用有效尺寸4.8mm×3.6mm的CCD作為接受器件,光學(xué)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)型式為復(fù)雜化雙高斯型,相對孔徑和全視場角分別達(dá)到F/0.9和35°,有效焦距9mm。全視場MTF在空間頻率56lp/mm時(shí)高于0.75,全視場畸變?yōu)?.8%,邊緣視場照度與中心視場照度之百分比達(dá)到80%。從設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果可以看出,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的像差得到了較好的校正,滿足數(shù)字化X射線成像系統(tǒng)的使用要求。
[Abstract]:A digital X-ray imaging optical system for dental diagnosis was designed for the 60mm 脳 45mm size cesium iodide fluorescent screen. The effective size of 4.8mm 脳 3.6mm CCD was selected as the receiving device, and the optical system structure was complex and double Gao Si type. The relative aperture and the full field angle of view reach F / 0.9 and 35 擄, respectively, and the effective focal length is 9 mm. The total field of view MTF is higher than 0.75 when the spatial frequency is 56lp / mm, the distortion of the whole field of view is 1.8 and the percentage of the illuminance of the edge field to the central field of view is 80. It can be seen from the design results, The aberration of the whole system is well corrected and meets the requirements of the digital X-ray imaging system.
