【摘要】：目的:建立內(nèi)標法測定乙交酯丙交酯共聚物(PLGA)中單體殘留量的氣相色譜檢測方法。方法:采用氣相色譜法進行測定:內(nèi)標物為乙酸丁酯;色譜柱為DB-5柱(30 m×0.53 mm,5μm);進樣口溫度為250℃;分流比10∶1;載氣為氮氣;柱溫為135℃;檢測器為火焰離子檢測器(FID),檢測器溫度為300℃;進樣量為3μL。結(jié)果:采用氣相色譜法測定PLGA中乙交酯與丙交酯的含量,乙交酯與丙交酯的線性范圍分別為17.67~83.30和33.33~266.70μg·mL-1,加標回收率分別為99.0%和100.6%,相對標準偏差分別為0.7%和1.0%。結(jié)論:經(jīng)方法學(xué)驗證,該法簡便、快捷、靈敏度高、結(jié)果準確,適用于PLGA中乙交酯與丙交酯的檢測。
