【摘要】：目的總結(jié)近年來(lái)以脂肪干細(xì)胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)作為種子細(xì)胞構(gòu)建可注射型組織工程脂肪的研究進(jìn)展。方法檢索國(guó)內(nèi)外ADSCs復(fù)合可注射型三維支架材料構(gòu)建組織工程脂肪的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),主要對(duì)ADSCs特性、可注射型支架材料創(chuàng)新、分化誘導(dǎo)方式和促進(jìn)血液供應(yīng)等方面研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)。結(jié)果ADSCs具有數(shù)量充足、強(qiáng)大的分泌功能等特性,與多種可注射型支架材料復(fù)合后相容性良好,輔以生長(zhǎng)因子等促進(jìn)血液供應(yīng)的策略,可構(gòu)建多種形式的可注射型組織工程脂肪。結(jié)論以ADSCs為種子細(xì)胞構(gòu)建可注射型組織工程脂肪雖然面臨諸多亟待解決的問(wèn)題,但其可能為臨床上修復(fù)軟組織缺損和整形填充提供一種優(yōu)良、易操作的可注射型填充材料。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the adipose-derived stem cells of adipose stem cells in recent years. ADSCs) as seed cells for the construction of injectable tissue engineering fat. Methods to search the domestic and foreign ADSCs composite injectable three-dimensional scaffold materials for the construction of tissue engineering fat related literature. The characteristics of ADSCs, the material innovation of injectable scaffold, differentiation induction and blood supply were summarized. Results the number of ADSCs was sufficient. Strong secretory function and other characteristics, with a variety of injectable scaffold materials after the compatibility of good, supplemented with growth factors and other strategies to promote blood supply. Conclusion the construction of injectable tissue engineering fat with ADSCs as seed cell is faced with many problems to be solved. But it may provide an excellent and easy-to-operate injectable filling material for repairing soft tissue defect and plastic filling.
