【摘要】：表觀遺傳學和基于表觀遺傳機制的生物醫(yī)藥技術的研究已經成為后基因組時代生命科學技術領域的重要組成部分。圍繞腫瘤、心腦血管疾病、糖尿病及中老年神經退行性疾病等過程中DNA甲基化修飾、組蛋白翻譯后修飾及非編碼RNA等表觀遺傳學改變的深入研究,不僅有利于理解相關疾病的分子病理機制,而且,更有助于探尋基于表觀遺傳機制的有效治療手段。在闡釋表觀遺傳學修飾機制的基礎上,對疾病過程中異常的表觀遺傳學修飾及相關生物醫(yī)藥技術的研究現狀進行了歸納總結。
[Abstract]:Epigenetics and biomedical technology based on epigenetic mechanism have become an important part of life science and technology in the post-genome era. DNA methylation modification, posttranslational modification of histone and non-coding RNA were studied in the process of tumor, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and neurodegenerative diseases of middle and old age. It is not only helpful to understand the molecular pathological mechanism of related diseases, but also helpful to explore effective treatment methods based on epigenetic mechanism. On the basis of explaining the mechanism of epigenetic modification, the research status of abnormal epigenetic modification and related biomedical techniques in the process of disease is summarized.
