【摘要】：正白念珠菌是人體的共生菌群,可寄生在人體的體表、口腔、咽喉、腸道、陰道黏膜等部位,可引起皮膚局部感染甚至是危及生命的嚴(yán)重全身感染。人們發(fā)現(xiàn),白念珠菌粘附在人體內(nèi)形成的生物膜中,可常伴有銅綠假單胞菌、金黃色葡萄球菌的混合感染。目前認(rèn)為兩者之間存在高度的關(guān)聯(lián)性,共同決定著對人體的致病性、對抗生素或是抗真菌藥物的耐藥性,然而其中的機(jī)制極為復(fù)雜。本文就人體內(nèi)白念珠菌與常見院內(nèi)感染致病細(xì)菌之間的相互作用機(jī)制
[Abstract]:Candida albicans is a symbiotic bacteria group of the human body. It can be parasitized on the body surface, mouth, throat, intestine, vagina and other parts of the body. It can cause local infection of the skin and even serious systemic infection that is life-threatening. Candida albicans adheres to the biofilm formed in the human body, often accompanied by mixed infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. Drug resistance to antibiotics or antifungal drugs, however, the mechanism is very complicated. The interaction mechanism between Candida albicans and common nosocomial pathogenic bacteria is discussed in this paper.
