【摘要】：腎胺酶是新近發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種腎臟來源的單胺氧化酶與細(xì)胞因子,可降解兒茶酚胺以調(diào)節(jié)血壓與心功能,并具有腎臟保護(hù)作用.腎胺酶的發(fā)現(xiàn)是腎臟與心血管領(lǐng)域研究的重要進(jìn)展,有潛在的治療應(yīng)用價值.從腎胺酶的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、生理意義以及與疾病的關(guān)系等方面,回顧了相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展,為進(jìn)一步研究其功能與治療應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:Reninase is a newly discovered monoamine oxidase and cytokine from kidney, which can degrade catecholamine to regulate blood pressure and heart function, and has renal protective effect. The discovery of reninase is an important progress in the field of kidney and cardiovascular system. From the aspects of the structure, function, physiological significance and relationship with disease of renaminase, this paper reviews the related research progress, and lays a foundation for further study on its function and therapeutic application.
